Abstract
For the 235 students of Lincoln Community School in Accra, Ghana, accessing information from other part of the world will soon be only as difficult as clicking the mouse on their computers. Connected to the Information Superhighway by Network Computer Systems (NCS), the sole Internet service provider in Ghana, Lincoln is one of six schools in Accra participating in a pilot project.
