Авторы обращают свое внимание к Закону «Об организации страхового дела в РФ», предлагая законодательные новеллы к нему. Также авторы приводят статистику жалоб в Центральный банк РФ по видам страхования, которая также отражает несовершенство реализации института страхования. В своем исследовании авторы пытаются найти баланс интересов государства, страхователя и страховщика в современных условиях, в связи с чем вносят свои предложения. ; The article discusses the insurance Institute as a tool of increase of efficiency of the Russian economy. The article points out the advantages of this mechanism and disadvantages of its implementation. The authors turn their attention to the Law "On organization of insurance business in the Russian Federation", proposing legislative amendments to it. Also the authors provide statistics of complaints to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation by type of insurance, which also reflects the imperfection of the implementation of the insurance Institute. In their study, the authors try to find a balance of interests of the state, the insured and the insurer in modern conditions, therefore, make the offers.
