Abstract

EN: Achieving of the high standards of living is a compulsory condition for the development of any country in the world. Ensuring the progressive development of the state requires an improvement of the quality of life of the population. The quality of life as a system includes income of the population; food quality; quality and fashion of clothes; housing comfort; quality of health care; quality of social services; quality of education; quality of culture; quality of service sector; the quality of the environment; leisure; demographic trends; environmental quality; the quality of social, economic, political organization of society, etc. Identification of the nature, conditions and factors that determine the quality of life of the population, research of dynamics, mechanisms and regularities of raising its level are necessary for the improvement of public administration in the social sphere.
