Ensuring of continuity of business is basic strategy of every company. Continuity of organization activities includes comprehensive procedures that help in solving unexpected situations of natural and anthropogenic character (for example flood, blaze, economic situations). Planning of continuity operations is a process that helps identify critical processes and implement plans for the security and recovery of key processes. The aim of this article is to demonstrate application of system approach to managing business continuity called business continuity management systems in military issues. This article describes the life cycle of business continuity management which is based on the established cycle PDCA (Plan- Do-Check-Act). After this is carried out by activities which are making by University of Defence during activation of forces and means of the integrated rescue system in case of emergencies - accidents at a nuclear power plant in Czech Republic. Activities of various stages of deployment earmarked forces and resources are managed and evaluated by using MCMS application (Military Continuity Management System).

Increase of emergency incidents and crisis situations requires proactive crisis management of authorities and for its solution. Application Business Continuity Management helps the crisis management authorities to quickly and responsibly respond to threats. It also helps effectively and efficiently planning powers and resources. The main goal of this article is describing Military Continuity Management System (MCMS) based on the principles of Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) for dealing with floods in the territory of the selected municipalities. There are explained steps of loading, running and evaluating activities in the software application MCMS. Software MCMS provides complete control over the tasks, contribute a comprehensive and responsible approach solutions to solution floods in the municipality.

Abstract Objective: To evaluate HMS in terms of user satisfaction, time management, data retrieval, record keeping, confidentiality in terms of medical records and comparison of user preference according to job description. Study Design: Cross sectional study. Place of Study: Combined Military Hospital Lahore, from 1" Dec to 31" March 2018. Methodology: All doctors and hospital personnel using HMS for more than 6 months in CMH Lahore were included by means of nonprobability convenient sampling. The total sample size was of 200 participants. Questionnaire was filled regarding user satisfaction, time management, data retrieval, record keeping, confidentiality in terms of medical records and comparison of user preference according to job description and results were analyzed using SPSS 20. Results: Out of a total of 200 participants, 58 (29%) were satisfied while 142 (71%) were dissatisfied with HMS mostly due to system hang-ups (34.5%) which were observed while using this software. Out of the total respondents, 133 (66.5%) participants believed it increased time spent per patient mostly due to too much information being present on patient encounter form (28%), and 66 (33%) participants were wary of its confidentiality. 142 (71%) participants believed that manual records needed to be kept alongside HMS. However, 141 (70.5%) thought it is an efficient tool for data retrieval, and 156 (78%) believed it to be reliable software. Conclusion: Most personnel- young and old-were largely dissatisfied with HMS, even though it is believed to be reliable and an efficient tool for data retrieval. Many would still keep manual records and were wary of its confidentiality.

This fact is created mainly because of the organizational culture. In the sanitary industry, this barrier is composed both from an organizational perspective and also, from an individual perspective. Florida Technological University College of Engineering Thesis; A perspective of the Naval Education and Training System (NETS) is developed and utilized as a framework on which a simulation model of general training system activities is constructed. The simulation model, which is based on functional activities, emphasizes the interdependent consequences of decisions and actions created through management planning, analysis, and control of training programs. A simulation experiment was conducted using a test situation description (scenario) to reflect the impact of management decisions and actions on the resulting allocation of resources and timeliness of training program activities. Conclusions are drawn regarding the utility and implications of the system dynamics model as a management tool with which to improve training.
