The purpose of Geography education in schools in general is that students are expected to be able to understand concepts about the symptoms of nature and life on earth as well as interactions between humans and their environment that are closely related to the aspects of space and time. The research on the application of Everyone Is A Teacher Here Method in Geography learning in class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Rengat Barat is classroom action research, which is a study conducted by the teacher himself to improve the learning process that is his responsibility. The use of everyone is a Teacher Here method learning can improve students' learning outcomes in Geography learning in Grade XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Rengat Barat, also make the teacher's activity in delivering student center-oriented materials significantly improved.

AbstrakTulisan dalam jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses runtuhnya Khilafah Turki Ustmani tanggal 3 maret 1924 dan dampaknya terhadap kehidupan umat Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarah. Metode sejarah adalah prosedur sejarawan Untuk melukiskan kisah masa lampau berdasarkan jejak-jejak yang ditinggalkan pada masa lampau dengan langkah-langkah penulisan sejarah sebagai berikut: (1) heuristik, (2) kritik, (3) interpretasi dan (4) historiografi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: Khilafah Turki Ustmani dihancurkan dengan cara menghapus sistem kekhilafahan dan menggantinya dengan sistem republik oleh seorang keturunan yahudi yaitu Mustafa Kemal Attatur. Selama 14 abad kaum muslimin hidup dalam pemerintahan Islam yang mana diterapkan hukum-hukum Islam dalam seluruh aspek kehidupan. Namun sayangnya hari itu tepatnya 3 maret 1924 secara resmi dengan bantuan Inggris, Mustafa Kemal Attaturk mengubah khilafah dengan sistem Repulik Turki dan sampai hari ini sistem tersebut masih berjalan. Runtuhnya khilafah menyebabkan munculnya persoalan kaum muslimin mulai dari kolonialisme, konflik di Negara dunia ketiga, persoalan ekonomi,politik dan sosial budaya. Kata Kunci: Khilafah Turki Ustmani, 3 maret 1924 AbstractThe writing in this journal aims to find out the process of the collapse of the Ottoman Caliphate on March 3, 1924 and its impact on the lives of Muslims. The method used in this study is the historical method. Historical method is the procedure of historians to describe the story of the past based on traces left in the past by the steps of historical writing as follows: (1) heuristics, (2) criticism, (3) interpretation and (4) historiography.Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that: the Ottoman Caliphate was destroyed by removing the Caliphate system and replacing it with a republic system by a descendant of the Jews namely Mustafa Kemal Attatur. For 14 centuries the Muslims lived in an Islamic government which applied Islamic laws in all aspects of life. But unfortunately that day to be exact 3 March 1924 officially with the help of Britain, Mustafa Kemal Attaturk changed the Caliphate with the system of the Republic of Turkey and to this day the system is still running. The collapse of the Caliphate caused the emergence of problems of the Muslims ranging from colonialism, conflict in third world countries, economic, political and socio-cultural issues. One of the regular agenda which is held in Indonesia is Musabaqah Tilawah al-Qur'an (MTQ). This agenda carried out at regional, national, even internasional level. MTQ can be said as the biggest religious event or festival which celebrated by Moslems in Indonesia. The present of this Qur'anic competition is very interesting because it is one of the esthetic reception from society and was declared by the government as a regular agenda. All walks of life be able to join and participate at it for cheering up this biennial activity. This article discusses about MTQ as Indonesian reception of the Qur'an in esthetic aspect. The conclusion says that MTQ is not only as medium to stimulate Indonesian people for reciting Qur'an beautifully but also as spirit to understand the meaning of Qur'anic verses itself hopefully.

The children are persons who have the age under 18-years old who havestill the right to be protected from life-threatening matters, from acts of exploitation, and the things that interfere their future. Remembering that the childhood is a growth process, both physical and mental, ideally children should avoid the various behaviors that interferetheir growth. Therefore, children need to be guaranteed their rights, and play. In this paper, the writer wants to describe the forms of exploitation of children such as the loss of children's rights so they must go the world of work due to poverty problems which become main foundation of children to participate in fulfilling their needs. The factors of exploitation are certainly due to the lack of understanding of the head of the family about the importance of children's education. Therefore it is important to reconstruct the social policy purposes of the children, in order to avoid exploitation actions which can disturb the growth of a children's lives, by the reconstruction of social policy of the government, it is able to restore the rights of children in life, so that the fulfillment of all needs and the creation of welfare for children.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to find the vulnerability factors of flood disaster in Solok Selatan Regency. This is a descriptive exploratory research, using primary and secondary survey as methods of data collection. The primary survey was done through semi structured interview with stakeholders, selected from government group. Secondary survey was conducted by institutional survey to obtain a general description of area and flood area in Solok Selatan Regency. To know the vulnerability factors of the floods, the researcher used an analysis technique called content analysis. The result showed that the factors of flood vulnerability in Solok Selatan were: high rainfall, poor drainage condition, slope, factor of road construction vulnerable to water, many meanders, factor of total population affected by floods, siltation caused by waste. Abstract.Online lectures are government policies that are the main means of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is also applied at the Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kerinci, which follows the government's recommendation to carry out online activities using online application facilities, such as whatsapp groups, zoom, google classroom, and other application media. This research aims to determine students perceptions of online lectures. During the pandemic related to the Covid-19 outbreak, students carried out activities online. Analysis of the data used to complete this research using a Likert scale survey method with a total sample of 51 respondents who are students of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Kerinci. The results of the study indicate that in the implementation of distance learning there are several dimensions that must be the main concern. These dimensions include: Material or teaching mode, student interaction, and learning atmosphere. Therefore, this study focuses on students' perceptions of the dimensions of the implementation of online lectures.

The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's strategy in carrying out relations with the school. The research that the author did was using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the principal, committee and parents of students at SMA Negeri 01 District VII Koto Sungai Sarik in the course of collecting data, the authors used interviews, observation, and documentation methods. While the data analysis technique by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that: the relationship between the principal and the committee has been going well and smoothly, and also between the school and the committee has been supportive in advancing the school, as evidenced by the strategy carried out by the principal, namely, ( a) Always maintain communication with the committee and the community around the school, (b) Maintain a cooperative relationship with the committee and also involve the committee in school activities, (c) always apply transparency to the community. The role of the committee at SMA Negeri 01 Kecamatan VII Koto Sungai Sarik, namely (a) the School Committee as a giver of considerations, (b) the Committee as a supporter of educational service activities, (c) the school committee as a controller of educational service activities, (d) School committee liaison or hook communication between the community and the government

This study discusses the understanding of the political elites in Kota Juang subdistrict, Bireuen District about the consensus of the nation and the state life. The state organizers both central and regional and all Indonesian citizens must be equally responsible for understanding and implementing the consensus values within their daily life. This research aims to (1) Describe the understanding of the political elites towards the consensus of the nation and the state life, (2) Describe the ability of the political elites to implement the consensus of the nation and the state life in the daily life. This research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The findings of the research showed that: (1) Some political elites already understood the consensus of nation and state life in Kota Juang sub district, Bireuen District but some of them did not understand yet. (2) In general, the political elites in Kota Juang sub district, Bireuen District had implemented the consensus of the nation and state life in everyday life, but there were also political elites who did not know whether they had implemented it or not.

This research is intended to provide empirical evidence of the influence of financial performance on the accountability of city government performance in Indonesia. The sample in this study is 1226 district / city governments in indonesia 2012-2014. The data is formed into a combined panel data between time series data and cross section data that is processed using multiple regression model. Financial factors are proxied by regional financial independence, activity ratios, ratios of development function, intergovernmental income, and fiscal capacity. The results of this study indicate the ratio of regional financial independence, health ratio, fiscal capacity positively affect the performance accountability of local governments in Indonesia. While the ratio of development activities and intergovernmental income does not apply to the performance accountability of local governments in Indonesia.

TThis study aims to determine and describe the effectiveness of government communication in public services at National Land Office of Kendari City. To find out these objectives, a qualitative research method was used to extract information from informants that were open and free with 5 informants. This research was conducted at the Kendari City National Land Office with the type of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. The research instrument itself is carried out with documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of government communication in public service at the National Land Office of Kendari City, the following conclusions can be obtained that the success of communication is the key to success in achieving the goals of the National Land Office such as internal communication and external communication and services provided by the National Land Office of the city of Kendari it is quite effective, seen from 3 indicators namely source communicator, media and communication effects. Science and technology today become an inseparable part of the technology of modern society's life. Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) to support recovery of upper limb after stroke. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental / quasi-experimental approach to the research design using pre-test and post-test. Determination of the number of samples using the Purposive Sampling method and get a sample of 12 people. Data collection was carried out by direct interview using observation sheets. The independent variable in this study is Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) while the dependent variable is the Shoulder Subluxation Pain Scale. The assessment of shoulder subluxation pain scale includes a mild pain scale category of 6 people (50%), and moderate pain 4 people (33.3%) and very severe pain 2 people (16.7). Statistical test using Paired Sample T-test with α = 0.05. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between the provision of Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) on the scale of shoulder pain subluxation in post-stroke patients, ie with a p value (0.001≤0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) with Shoulder Subluxation Pain. Advice can be given is expected for post stroke patients and family support to pay attention to the patient's monotonous sleeping position.

Pada masa pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo, dan Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla (2014-2019), Indonesia mengimplementasikan sistem presidensial bersamaan dengan sistem multipartai, atau dapat dikatakan multipartai ektrim dikarenakan banyaknya jumlah partai pada masa itu. Hal ini kemudian menyebabkan pasangan Jokowi-JK sangat berketergantungan terhadap partai koalisi, serta menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan lainnya. Bahkan, banyak pengamat politik menilai bahwa era tersebut adalah era "presidensil rasa parlementer". Implementasi sistem presidensial bersamaan dengan multipartai saat itu tidak berjalan dengan lancar. Diperlukan keseimbangan ekstra, pemerintahan yang tegas, serta berwibawa dalam mengembangkan pola pemerintahan presidensial bersamaan dengan sistem multipartai.

This research has a research sample using the purposive sampling method, namely BUM Desa Dukuh Dempok, and BUM Desa Kemiri. Data was obtained by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with in-depth interviews with the chairman and management of BUM Desa in Jember. Analysis was carried out on the data and information obtained to obtain research results. Tourism BUM Desa Gumuk Watu and Tourism BUM Desa Kemiri have a role in increasing the village's original income can be seen from the function of facilitator and mediator. The two BUM Desa include the role of the community in building and developing tourism. Local government support for BUM Desa tourism is very important. BUM Desa Wisata Gumuk Watu and BUM Desa Wisata Kemiri received full support from the government in the form of capital and socialization of BUM Desa to the community. The difference in income between the BUM Desa Gumuk Watu and the BUM Desa Kemiri. Tourism BUM Desa of Kemiri experienced a decrease in income by more than 50% but Tourism BUM Desa of Gumuk Watu experienced an increase due to the entertainment needs of the community. These results indicate that BUM Desa which is engaged in tourist areas needs the role of the government in helping to increase their income in the pandemic era.
