The concept of e-commerce makes consumers change the way they shop through the internet, which is known as online shopping. This online shopping behavior requires consumers to have trust or trust in the seller. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust on perceived risk, attitudes towards online shopping, and online shopping intentions on MS Glow products in Mojokerto. This study aims to examine the variables of political marketing to get the most votes. This variable is a technique and control of a system so that the campaign team is successful in general elections to win or get the most votes in the political arena. For this reason, the success team must understand strategies in political marketing, which include intimacy, personal connections, trust, intention to vote, personal connections, and word of mouth. The research approach method uses quantitative because this research focuses on hypothesis testing so that the research process can be carried out in a structured manner and uses a large sample. The purpose of the study was to measure the efficiency level of using the budget of public service agencies where one of the government agencies that has implemented financial management of public service agencies is the Universitas Negeri Malang. The object of research is the Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Malang by measuring the level of budget efficiency in 2018-2020. The data from this study are internal data, which only comes from the State University of Malang which is obtained directly with documentation. The data obtained at the data collection stage is then processed by calculating the activity output achievement, efficiency, and efficiency value using the formula in the Minister of Finance Regulation Number 214/PMK.02/2017. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Malang budget during 2018-2020 has been carried out efficiently. The implementation of the 2018 budget in the fairly efficient category, the implementation of the 2019 budget in the efficient category and the implementation of the 2020 budget in the very efficient category. Factors that affect the efficiency of the budget implementation are the percentage of realized activity outputs and the percentage of budget realization. The realization of high activity output achievements and low budget realization will result in efficient budget execution. The implication of this research is that the Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Malang must make various efficiency efforts in the years to come by optimizing an increase in the number of activities carried out compared to the number of planned activities, but with efficient use of the budget.

As a step to promote public interest in conducting cash waqf, the government launched a program called the National Money Waqf Movement (GNWU) which also introduced Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) Retail Series SWR001 which is a development of the CWLS (SW Series). Both are developments of the Money Waqf and Sukuk (State Sukuk) which have been regulated in the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 131/DSN-MUI/X/2019. Law No. 41 of 2004, concerning Waqf, and Law No. 19 of 2008, concerning State Sharia Securities (SBSN). CWLS is a form of social investment in Indonesia where the cash waqf is received by the Indonesian Waqf Board as Nazhir through a Sharia Financial Institution as a Cash Waqf Recipient (LKSPWU). It will be managed and placed on the State Sukuk or SBSN instrument and the proceeds of its development are used to finance various economic, social and religious activities. Nonetheless, this CWLS model is perceived to be less than ideal by some parties. This study adopted a qualitative method using using library research approach. The data were collected through analysing literature papers, documentation and conducting an interview. Descriptive-analysis used to compare the statutory provisions, fatwas of MUI, and fiqh rules with the implementation of CWLS. The findings in this study indicate that CWLS is an appropriate with Indonesian context and Islamic principles.

This study aimed to measure how much tax consultants understand about each of the changes in the six clusters contained in the Draft Legislation of HPP. This study uses a positivism paradigm with a quantitative approach. The variables of this study consist of six clusters of changes and/or additions to the HPP Law, including (1) General Tax Provisions, (2) Income Tax, (3) Value Added Tax, (4) Voluntary Disclosure Program, (5) Carbon Tax, and (6) Excise. Analysis using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with AMOS statistical tool. The KUP1 manifest, namely "Use of NIK as an Individual NPWP", and the CUK1 manifest, namely "Changes in article 4 regarding the confirmation of additional types of excisable goods" are poorly understood by tax consultants.

This study aims to describe and analyze comprehensively and in detail the factors that are considered by customers in choosing hotels that comply with sharia principles in Malang City. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method used by researchers is the survey method. Respondents in this study were 171 sharia hotel consumers in Malang City. The data collected by questionnaire. The statistical test used Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Regional markets, including traditional markets that are now turned into people's markets, are certain areas where buyers and sellers meet, both directly and indirectly, through the process of buying and selling various types of consumer goods through bargaining which is also a market developed and managed by the regency government or city in Indonesia. People's market focal points can be observed from their influence on the fulfillment of small people's livelihoods. That is why the people's market is a pillar of people's economy. The purpose of this study is to formulate a strategy for developing regional markets in Pasuruan Regency to improve the community's economy based on regional superior commodities. This research is a field research using a descriptive quantitative approach. This research was conducted in 14 regional markets in the Pasuruan Regency administrative region and 5 village markets The analysis shows that several factors are the strengths and weaknesses of traditional markets in Pasuruan Regency. The most prominent strength factor is that all of the markets sampled in this study are located in strategic locations. Whereas the most prominent weaknesses are lack of adequate sanitation (drainage is not functioning properly, bathroom, and toilet conditions, clean water is not all available, market disinfection has not been carried out, not yet free of vector / star of infectious diseases. Pasuruan Regency needs to revitalize traditional markets, namely physical renovations of market buildings, and accompanied by institutional building. Keywords: traditional market, superior product

The purpose of this study is to examine the differences in the value of the financial distress of manufacturing companies before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as to examine the determinants that affect the financial distress of manufacturing companies before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study is a quantitative study with the population in this study namely manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The sample is 1005 Firm Years in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. These Manufacturing Companies were taken from 2016-2021, but we divided the sample into 2 categories, namely 2016-2019, namely in the pre-pandemic period as many as 653 firm years, and during the pandemic as many as 352 firm years. The dependent variable used in this study is financial distress, measured by the O-Score Model. Furthermore, the independent variables are profitability using ROA, liquidity using the current ratio, and leverage using the Debt to Assets Ratio. The test results show no difference between the financial distress of manufacturing companies in Indonesia before and during the pandemic. During the pandemic, financial ratios became more considered in predicting financial distress than before the pandemic. The role of profitability is a factor that impacts financial distress is more impactful in the pre-pandemic period. The role of liquidity being a factor that impacts financial distress is more impactful during the pandemic. Leverage can also be a good indicator in predicting financial distress both in the pre-pandemic and during the pandemic.

This research has a research sample using the purposive sampling method, namely BUM Desa Dukuh Dempok, and BUM Desa Kemiri. Data was obtained by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with in-depth interviews with the chairman and management of BUM Desa in Jember. Analysis was carried out on the data and information obtained to obtain research results. Tourism BUM Desa Gumuk Watu and Tourism BUM Desa Kemiri have a role in increasing the village's original income can be seen from the function of facilitator and mediator. The two BUM Desa include the role of the community in building and developing tourism. Local government support for BUM Desa tourism is very important. BUM Desa Wisata Gumuk Watu and BUM Desa Wisata Kemiri received full support from the government in the form of capital and socialization of BUM Desa to the community. The difference in income between the BUM Desa Gumuk Watu and the BUM Desa Kemiri. Tourism BUM Desa of Kemiri experienced a decrease in income by more than 50% but Tourism BUM Desa of Gumuk Watu experienced an increase due to the entertainment needs of the community. These results indicate that BUM Desa which is engaged in tourist areas needs the role of the government in helping to increase their income in the pandemic era.

This study is intended to identify the level of compatibility documents planning (RPJPD, RPJMD, and RKPD) between provincial and city/regency in East Java of Indonesia. In addition, this study also provides a framework in proposing documents for each city/regency in East Java. This research applied a qualitative method using content analysis. This study employed both primary and secondary data to gain a deeper understanding to the existing phenomenon. The primary data was gathered from in-depth interviews, while secondary data was achieved from several documents owned by each city/regency in East Java provincial. The findings of the study reveal that in general, the substance of the RPJMD in the twenty regencies/cities in East Java of Indonesia is in accordance with the provincial plan. However, there are several different sections of the format in the placement of chapters and sub-chapters of the naming of chapters. In the broader sense, the substance of the RKPD in the twenty regencies/cities is in accordance with the provincial plan.
