ПРАВОВОЕ РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ МЕЖГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ ИНСТИТУТОВ ГОСУДАРСТВ - УЧАСТНИКОВ СНГ ПО ПРОТИВОДЕЙСТВИЮ КОРРУПЦИИ: СОСТОЯНИЕ И ПУТИ СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЯ
В мире нет ни одного государства, в котором полностью отсутствовали бы коррупционные проявления. Более того, коррупция зачастую носит транснациональный характер, в связи с чем для борьбы с ней важно объединение усилий разных государств. Одним из актуальных направлений противодействия коррупции является сотрудничество в этой сфере государств участников СНГ. В статье рассматриваются вопросы правового регулирования деятельности некоторых созданных ими межгосударственных институтов по противодействию коррупции. Проанализирован опыт успешных совместных антикоррупционных действий стран участниц СНГ. Выявлены проблемы взаимодействия, связанные, в частности, с тем, что антикоррупционное законодательство в разных странах СНГ имеет отличия и требуется унификация норм в соответствии с межгосударственными документами. Автором статьи сформулированы предложения по активизации дальнейшей деятельности Координационного совета генеральных прокуроров государств участников СНГ.There is no state free from corruption in the world. Moreover, corruption is often transnational in nature, therefore it is important to consolidate the efforts of different countries to combat it. One of the important directions of countering corruption is the cooperation of the CIS member states in this field. The issues related to the legal regulation of the activities of some interstate institutions on countering corruption, created by the CIS member states, are considered in the article. The experience of successful joint anti-corruption actions of the countries participants of the CIS is analyzed. The problems of interaction are revealed. They are related in particular to the fact that anti-corruption legislation in different countries of the CIS is different and requires the unification of the rules in accordance with the interstate documents. The author of the article formulates the proposals to improve the further activities of the Coordinating Council of Prosecutors General of the CIS member states.
