Our main results highlight that, together with certain firm characteristics, rural locations act as an accelerator for the adoption of web technology, compared to the slower adoption rate in urban areas. This Bibliography is an output of the major research project dedicated to the European vocation and achievements of Pierre Werner, a former Prime Minister, Finance Minister and Foreign Minister of Luxembourg, unanimously recognised as one of the architects of Economic and Monetary Union. The first stage of the research was particularly focused on the plan for the establishment by stages of an economic and monetary union (more widely known as the Werner Report or the Werner Plan), drawn up by a group of experts chaired by Pierre Werner and officially presented on 8 October 1970 in Luxembourg.

The study of two major journals from the 80s from the theoretical framework of translation theories at a cut in the cultural field at a given point in time (1938-1993) aims to bring historical cultural, literary and philosophical clarifications to a discussion and opposition that has become stereotypical and repeated in the history of Argentinian literature: discussions on neobarroc and objectivism. These discussions concern not only the most radical questions about poetic language, including dry language, the artist's function or lack of social function, but also a crucial and traumatic moment in Argentine history. The discussion also included one of the most important cultural movements in Hispanoamerica (neobarroco), and wondered about the place of poetry in the creation of a Spanish-American linguistic and cultural unit, and of poetry as a franc language. Document incorporated in 2019 under the "Job Experience Fellowship Programme" of the Library Professor Guillermo Obiols for Library students, based on a technical data capture process developed by IdIHCS staff. International audience Active mountains supply the largest sediment fl uxes experienced on earth. At mountain range scale, remote sensingapproaches, sediments provenance or stream power law analyses, collectively provide rough long-term estimatesof total erosion. Erosion is indeed controlled by rock uplift and climate, hence by a wide range of processes(detachment, transport and deposition), all operating within drainage basin units, yet with time and spatial patternsthat are quite complex at local scale. We focus on the Kali Gandaki valley, along the gorge section across theHigher Himalaya (e.g. from Kagbeni down to Tatopani). Along this reach, we identify sediment sources, storesand sinks, and consider hillslope interactions with valley floor, in particular valley damming at short and longertime scales, and their impact on sediment budgets and fluxes. A detailed sediment budget is presented, constrainedby available dates and/or relative chronology, ranging from several 10 kyr to a few decades. Obtained resultsspan over two orders of magnitude that can best be explained by the type and magnitude of erosional processesinvolved. We show that if large landslides contribute signifi cantly to the denudation history of active mountainrange, more frequent, medium to small scales landslides are in fact of primary concern for Himalayan population.

During the second half of the eighteenth century, the large middle forge was loved to a small number of farmers, and the corresponding leases were well documented. Charles du Gravot (1755) followed by fruitier Druon (1762). From 1770, together with Louis Gerbet, two other forges in State property were added to the tenancy of the Middle East: Naix (County Ligny) and Montiers-sur-Saulx, with his domain. The lease for these three forges was then obtained, as early as 1771 and for 36 years, but under at least inappropriate conditions, by Comte Léopold-Charles du Hautoy and his wife, with the Soysecourt mark as a guarantor. The differences between the Hautoy and Soysecourt disentangled the history of the time, and were the subject of a large number of procedures and requests made by the King's Council. In 1781, matters came back to order with Jean-Baptiste Vivaux, for whom the lease of the Hautoy was broken. The detailed report of the visit to the Middle East forge, carried out on 26 October 1781, is particularly interesting and makes it possible to realise the importance that this industrial group already had. This article analyzes the content, concepts, issues and problems that characterized the discursive production of international organizations -as a sector constituting the intellectual field of education and as a contribution to recent history in this field- from the perspective of the study of political and pedagogical ideas. It studies, in empirical terms and from a comparative perspective, two major productions for Latin America and the Caribbean carried out by a group of international organizations: the Development and Education Project in Latin America and the Caribbean (CEPAL-UNESCO-UNDP) between 1976 and 1981, and the Major Project of Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (UNESCO) between 1981 and 1989. ; Desde una perspectiva del estudio de las ideas político-pedagógicas, el artículo explora los contenidos, conceptos, temas y problemáticas que caracterizaron la producción discursiva de los organismos internacionales como segmento constitutivo del campo intelectual de la educación y como una contribución a la historia reciente en este campo. L'article propose une analyse rétrospective de cinquante ans de production cotonnière dans les pays de l'Afrique zone franc (PAZF) pour identifier les facteurs d'efficacité des politiques cotonnières mises en oeuvre dans cette partie du monde. Une politique cotonnière est assimilée à n ensemble d'arrangements institutionnels - entendus comme règles, ou ensembles de règles - qui influent sur l'interaction entre les acteurs impliqués dans la production cotonnière à travers leurs e´changes de biens, de services ou d'informations. Analyser l'efficacité d'une politique cotonnière, c'est donc analyser l'efficacité des arrangements institutionnels qui la constituent. L'analyse conduite permet d'indiquer que, pour répondre aux contraintes et préoccupations des paysans, cette efficacité dépend du contenu des arrangements institutionnels, mais aussi de la manière dont ces arrangements ont été construits. L'accent est mis sur cinq contraintes et pré- occupations majeures. La démonstration est facilitée par le fort contraste des arrangements institutionnels lors des deux phases de politique cotonnière, avant et après la réforme des secteurs cotonniers lors des années 1990.

There is a tense common place in the history of 16th century political thinking to presuppose the existence of two founding paradigms as much as contradictory: the Mexican speech and the utopia speech embodied by Thomas More's project leader. This is because we are happy to oppose pacifism and irenism, which are supposed to be a 'humanist' position against 'realism' (according to a very vague category) of floral thinkers who make the issue of war the foundation of a new way of thinking about history and the state in terms of relations of power and power. On the contrary, the question here is the place of war in so-called 'utopic' texts. This will make it possible, in particular, to reverse a chronological coincidence, namely the fact that utopia as an autonomous category was created at the time of theorising of power policy. Is it certain that it would be sufficient to answer that utopia was put as an alternative to the conquest war (or as an acceptable presentation of the latter)? International audience ; Au titre de l'article 215 du Code civil, la femme mariée ne peut ester en justice sans l'autorisation de son mari. Si le genre masculin vaut à l'homme d'être investi de la puissance maritale au sein du couple, le statut d'époux dirigeant la société conjugale l'oblige à exercer celle-ci dans un sens conforme à ce qu'attend le législateur. Dès lors, l'article 218 permet à la femme de contester le refus d'autorisation de son mari et de demander cette même autorisation au juge. Loin de venir atténuer le principe de puissance maritale, le contrôle du juge vient prouver que cette puissance n'a pas été dévolue au mari dans son propre intérêt mais dans le cadre d'une économie familiale qui investit le mari du pouvoir de diriger le ménage. Si la procédure d'autorisation judiciaire place une épouse, par ailleurs incapable, en demanderesse contre son mari, elle ne tend pas à émanciper celle-ci du joug marital. Elle a pour objectif de maintenir le déséquilibre entre le mari et la femme dans une mesure qu'il appartient au juge de déterminer. Le Code exige, en effet, autant l'obéissance de la femme qu'il attend du mari un exercice consciencieux de sa puissance.
