L'articolo ha ad oggetto l'ampliamento dei poteri speciali del Governo in materia di aziende strategiche (c.d. Golden Power), previsto dalle disposizioni introdotte dal d.l. 8 aprile 2020 n. 23, nell'ambito della produzione normativa legata all'emergenza Covid-19. Nel procedere ad una un'analisi del testo, il lavoro si interroga sul rapporto fra la nuova disciplina e le esigenze poste dalla pandemia, e con il più generale "spirito del tempo" in tema di protezione dei sistemi economici nazionali. ; The article refers to the enlargement of governmental special powers regarding strategic business entities (so called Golden Power), according to the new rules issued by decree 8 April 2020 n. 23, within the legislation related to the Covid-19 emergency. By analysing the recent discipline, the essay investigates the relationship among the new regulation and issues arising from the pandemic, and/or, more in general, the "Zeitgeist" in fact of protection of national economies.

Abstract
Humans are prone to tell stories when they interact with each other. Knowing how many stories we tell in a day could be a
difficult endeavor, especially because what counts as "a story" varies across disciplines and cultures. Narratives have always been primary
modes in human communication and engagement across cultures, however, and have been used as key analytical tools across numerous disciplines
in the social sciences and beyond. While defining narratives has been a daunting task in narratological studies, it is important to
appreciate that narratives have also been studied for their pragmatic effects in the here-and-now of speech participants' interactions and
across various spatiotemporal configurations. Through an analysis of a set of narrative practices that I collected in Senegal (West Africa)
and in Northern Italy in interview settings, I demonstrate that narratives are also performative interactional events in which their
sociocultural surrounding is always fluid and can influence the story in unpredictable ways as it unfolds in interaction.

AbstractWhen stories (re)appear in YouTube videos, they are recontextualized not only by their titling and editing, but especially by chains of online comments. This article explores how a Northern Italian politician's racialized story, which was first recontextualized by a TV news reporter on a YouTube video, is further recontextualized for different ends by commenters on that video. I show how these commenters negotiate and reframe the racial aspects of digital discourse and its sociocultural meanings through their various responses and across different temporal and spatial scales. By applying linguistic anthropological and sociolinguistic theories and narrative analytical tools to digital storytelling, this study emphasizes how racialized language is neither stable nor unidirectional, but is rather constantly negotiated discursively among various groups of virtual audience members. Besides investigating the pragmatics of narrative interaction in the digital realm, this article speaks to methodological challenges that surround the study of online storytelling.

Di fronte alle sfide della globalizzazione, che tende ad uniformare culture, saperi e pensieri, di fronte all'attuale crisi identitaria ed economica, e all'utilizzazione inarrestabile ed insostenibile dei territori guidata da scelte politiche sbagliate, la riappropriazione dell'identità storica di un luogo, e quindi il concetto di cultura come driver di sviluppo, diviene sempre più necessaria, e talvolta l'unica via possibile. L'Ecomuseo può essere, dunque, uno strumento a disposizione di uno sviluppo territoriale sostenibile? Lo strumento per una gestione e una valorizzazione integrata degli aspetti materiali ed immateriali del proprio patrimonio? L'impegno collettivo stimolato dall'ecomuseo può, quindi, rappresentare una soluzione vincente nei programmi di sviluppo locale per una destinazione, e non solo ai fini turistici? La tesi che cercherò di sostenere, è quella dell'ecomuseo come motore e moltiplicatore di opportunità per lo sviluppo locale, come strumento sostenibile per superare la crisi identitaria ed economica, e come interessante strumento per l'attivazione di un processo democratico di riappropriazione del proprio patrimonio da parte della comunità locale. L'ecomuseo permette di guardare ai luoghi del proprio vissuto con occhi nuovi, ripensando al passato, ma con uno sguardo rivolto al presente, e soprattutto al futuro. L'ecomuseo, è lo strumento più opportuno per la formazione di una cittadinanza attiva e responsabile per uno sviluppo turistico-culturale, democratico, condiviso, partecipato e sostenibile.

Le recenti novità normative relative alla s.r.l. – intervenute, in particolare, a partire dal 2011 – si incentrano sulla cospicua riduzione degli oneri di costituzione e di funzionamento di tale tipo di società. Così facendo, per un verso il legislatore italiano riconnette la s.r.l. al trend in atto in vari ordinamenti nazionali europei, sulla spinta della giurisprudenza comunitaria in tema di libertà di stabilimento delle società nella UE, che ha visto la Private Limited Company britannica giocare il ruolo di apripista di un processo di competizione fra ordinamenti con sostanziale convergenza di soluzioni nazionali, in punto di riduzione dei costi e vincoli normativi per i rispettivi tipi di società di capitali "chiuse". Per altro verso, alle stesse riforme nazionali, incluse le ultime modifiche della s.r.l. italiana, corrisponde una politica normativa che da tempo si snoda a livello centrale europeo, dove il tema della riduzione degli oneri di costituzione e funzionamento (mediante la semplificazione dell'iter costitutivo e delle regole di funzionamento, da un lato, e dall'altro la sostanziale svalutazione dei vincoli di capitale minimo) è additato quale via maestra per ritagliare forme societarie congeniali all'azione delle piccole e medie imprese.

AbstractDuring the first months of 2020, our everyday life suddenly changed when the novel Coronavirus started to infect humans at a very fast rate, causing serious respiratory and other diseases, death, and fear of the unknown. Local friends and family members shared traumatic stories, images, and videoclips about death and dread in Northern Italy, where the first confirmed COVID-19 cases were discovered, just two months after the virus was first detected in Wuhan, China (Worobey, 2021). Inspired byBakhtin's (1981)notion of chronotope, by autoethnography and phenomenology, within a linguistic anthropological framework, this article examines how individuals have been embodying COVID-19 related uncertainties and fears in their everyday life. Through the analysis of (auto)ethnographic narratives, recontextualized images and videoclips, including the ones related to the 1918–1920 influenza pandemic, I show how regionalizedchronotopes of warand more globalchronotopes of dreadhave emerged and solidified across pandemic times.

This article examines a Senegalese narrative practice in which speakers make co-present individuals into denoted characters in their stories, a process I refer to as "participant transposition." I analyze participant transposition in illness narratives recorded in Dakar, Senegal, during phases of which I am even recruited to play the part of the narrator's past self. I demonstrate how this narrative practice allows speakers to calibrate the realm of the story (the denotational text) with the storytelling event (the interactional text). Abstract
There has been much discussion of the proliferation of racialized narratives both offline and online and its role in the current electoral successes of far-right movements across the globe. We extend this conversation by analyzing narrative practices from two contexts where far-right parties and figures enjoy popular support: Italy and the Philippines. In both cases, we show how narratives that pivot on race constitute stancetaking practices that align with far-right agendas. In the Northern Italian case, racialized stances emerge in storytelling events, through which participants (co)construct extracomunitari, or 'migrants from outside the European Union', as "other" and "a danger" to the Italian nation. In the case of Filipino YouTube users, President Duterte's supporters subvert racialized tropes through anti-imperial narratives in ways that attempt to delegitimize human rights criticisms of the drug war. We show how, in and through narrative practices, speech participants justify exclusionary and eliminationist politics in far-right contexts.

Abstract
In recent years, there has been much discussion about the role of social media platforms in the reproduction of
exclusionary rhetoric leveled against social "others" in far-right contexts across the globe. While scholars have examined the
ideologies underpinning exclusionary discourses, few have analyzed the discursive mechanisms through which such ideologies and
"othered" social types become meaningful to ordinary citizens. In this article, we extend this conversation by analyzing digital
discourses on Facebook and YouTube that pertain to Philippine "drug users" and racialized remarks against migrants in Italy
through a chronotopic lens. We demonstrate that despite the historical, economic, and social differences,
far-right ideologies are ordered through chronotopes of national crisis in both cases. Through these chronotopic
worlds, despicable, "othered" social types such as "extracomunitari" in Italy and drug users in the Philippines,
acquire coherence.

AbstractIn this article, we examine how executives in Italian family-owned firms use their corporations' histories to associate particular moral discourses of cultural values, responsibility, and authenticity with the "Made in Italy" brand. These links render Made in Italy a national brand – a brand representing all goods produced in Italy and an "authentic" national treasure. Through an analysis of Italian executives' oral narratives, this article explores how collective identities are constructed in interview settings and how Made in Italy emerges through the various stances that these managers take regarding certain topics. We focus on the ways Italian executives align their corporate narratives, family histories, and brand identities with circulating ideologies on the significance of Made in Italy. By looking at how Italian managers enact Made in Italy as a national brand with collective responsibilities, this article contributes to recent research on narrative discursive practices in the corporate world.
