Music is an integral part of a culture. In China, music appeared about 8000 years ago and developed under the influence of different ethnic groups. There are 56 ethnic groups in China. Due to the geographical environment, customs and other reasons, the music of Chinese ethnic minorities has different characteristics. Ethnic music includes traditional music as well as contemporary music; it includes both Han music and ethnic music. Together with the Han people, ethnic minorities in China have created a rich and colorful musical culture; their folk songs are varied and beautiful. Throughout history, music has been very diverse and has absorbed the musical traditions of the ethnic minorities living around. At the same time, it also integrated into the musical culture of ethnic minorities, gradually forming a rich and colorful Chinese national music. However, under the influence of globalization and the unification of learning processes, traditional music is forgotten, fewer people are interested in it. The issue of the importance of preserving traditional and ethnic music, as well as the current state and development trends of music education in China, will be analyzed in this article. In modern times, however, in order to preserve all the diversity, it needs the support of the state. In the international arena, the need to preserve and develop national music in music education is of great practical importance. Music is also one of the important ways in which China enters the world stage. Therefore, the training of students, schoolchildren and even children is extremely necessary. It is especially important for music teachers themselves, as heirs of culture, to orient students to the rich and colorful folk music of China, to form in the minds of students an understanding of the need to protect the intangible heritage of national culture, and to maintain their enthusiasm for studying national musical culture. The preservation and development of ancient musical traditions is of great historical and practical importance. Secondly, for this, it is necessary to train professionals who could become worthy teachers. Thirdly, at the state level it is necessary to encourage interest in studying the music of different ethnic groups and minorities. One way to increase knowledge about music, as well as interest in it, is through integrated learning. For example, integrating children's literature into music teaching can enrich the curriculum in China, improve students' musical and literary skills, and help children participate more actively in large-capacity music classes.

Introduction: The insurance market plays an important role in shaping the conditions for sustainable functioning of the economy in general and the economy of its individual regions. There is a need to assess the level of the insurance market changes in order to respond timely and form the directions of the state insurance policy as well as the vectors of the national insurance market development. Objective: to provide a theoretical study of existing methods for estimation of the regional insurance market development and to develop an algorithm for such an assessment. Results and Discussion: assessment of the level and trends of the regional insurance market is carried out by various methods, the choice of which depends on the specific objectives of the study. Methods used for the analysis and estimation of the market performance can be divided into three groups to assess the level of the regional insurance market development: analytical methods, methods of sociology, economic and mathematical modeling methods. Analytic methods include most traditional methods of regional and reproduction analysis. These methods are based on different operations with statistic data. Methods of sociology use tools of assessment of the regional insurance market development level on a base of the generalization of information and rating provided by the respondents. Methods of economic and mathematical modeling are used to predict the performance indicators and to determine the trends of the regional insurance market. Significant problem in assessing the level of the regional insurance market development is the formation of the set of performance indicators, which characterize it. Conclusions: Insurance service is "secondary service", and the demand for it largely dependents on the state of "primary market" of goods and services. Therefore, the use of most of the methods and techniques require adjustment and transformation according to the knowledge base changes, changes in the legislative system ofUkraine, changes in monetary policy, social policy, and should also take into account the welfare of the nation. The most promising in practical terms are the integral approaches as the most productive ones, and among them - sociological methods and techniques of expert assessments based on economic and mathematical methods used the views of respondents and experts. ; Введение. Страховой рынок играет важную роль в формировании условий устойчивого функционирования экономики страны и, в частности, экономики отдельных ее регионов. Необходимо осуществлять оценку уровня этих изменений в целях своевременного реагирования и формирования направлений государственной страховой политики, а также векторов развития национального страхового рынка. Цель. Теоретическое исследование существующих методов оценки уровня развития регионального страхового рынка и разработка алгоритма проведения такой оценки. Результаты и обсуждения. Оценка уровня и тенденций развития регионального страхового рынка осуществляется различными методами, выбор которых зависит от конкретных задач исследования. Можно выделить три группы методов оценки уровня развития регионального страхового рынка: аналитические методы, методы социологии, методы экономико-математического моделирования. К аналитическим методам относится большинство традиционных методов регионального и воспроизводственного анализа. Указанные методы основаны на различных операциях со статистическими данными. Методы социологии используют средства оценки уровня развития регионального страхового рынка, основой которых является обобщение информации и оценок, предоставленных респондентами. Методы экономико-математического моделирования используются для прогнозирования оценочных показателей-индикаторов и определения тенденций развития регионального страхового рынка. Существенной проблемой при оценке уровня развития регионального страхового рынка является формирование совокупности оценочных показателей-индикаторов, которые его характеризуют. Выводы. Страховая услуга – «вторичная услуга», спрос на которую во многом зависит от состояния «первичного рынка» товаров и услуг. Поэтому использование большинства методов и методик требуют корректировки и трансформации с учетом изменений информационной базы, законодательной базы Украины, кредитно-денежной и социальной политики государства, а также должны учитывать уровень благосостояния нации. Наиболее перспективными и результативными в практическом плане есть интегральные подходы, а среди них – социологические методы и методы экспертных оценок, построенные с использованием экономико-математических методов на основе мнений респондентов и специалистов-экспертов. ; Вступ. Тому використання більшості методів і методик потребують коригування і трансформації з урахуванням змін інформаційної бази, законодавчої бази України, кредитно-грошової та соціальної політики держави, а також повинні враховувати рівень добробуту нації. Найбільш перспективними і результативними в практичному плані є інтегральні підходи, а серед них – соціологічні методи і методи експертних оцінок, побудовані з використанням економіко-математичних методів на основі думок респондентів і фахівців-експертів.

In the work the technology of radio-frequency identification of objects with inductive coupling is considered, using passive electric oscillating circuits tuned to fixed frequencies from the working frequency range as identification features of the object. The choice of the primary measuring transducer and the informative parameter is based on the results of the analysis of the system of inductively coupled active and passive electric oscillation circuits, known from the theory of radio engineering circuits. The parameters of the measuring transducer ensuring the fulfillment of the requirements for identification and localization of objects specified by technological conditions are substantiated. Factors that are potentially dangerous with respect to reducing the information reliability of the measuring transducer are considered, as well as the possibility of reducing their influence to a minimum. The problems of experimental research are formulated. It is shown that the analysis can be performed by software discrete adjustment of the primary measuring transducer and the generator feeding it. In this case, the task of increasing the speed is targeted at decreasing the duration of the step of tuning the primary measuring transducer. The required reliability of object identification is achieved by: ensuring high stability of the frequencies of the generator supplying the primary measuring transducer; accuracy and stability of tuning of the primary measuring transducer to the frequencies of the supplying generator; protection of the primary measuring transducer from the influence of interference generated by external sources and other measuring converters of the object identification system (electromagnetic compatibility of the object identification system); sufficient magnitude of the response of the primary measuring transducer to the introduction of passive electrical oscillation circuits; sufficient frequency tuning interval for passive electric oscillation circuits; accuracy and stability of tuning of passive electric oscillation circuits; stability of the detection threshold relative to the initial level of the informative parameter. Electromagnetic compatibility of measuring transducers, whose sensing elements are in the zone of mutual influence, is provided by synchronizing the operation of measuring transducers with shunting of inactive sensors, screening, mutual orientation and spacing of sensing elements.

Possibility of creation of effective system, which is intended for exposure of tracks of editing in digital phonograms and is built on the basis of neuron networks of the deep learning, is experimentally proven. Sense of experiment consisted in research of ability of the systems on the basis of such networks to expose pauses with tracks of editing. The experimental array of data is created in a voice editor from phonograms written on the different apparatus of the digital audio recording (at frequency of discretisation 44,1 kHz). A preselection of pauses was produced from it, having duration from 100 мs to a few seconds. From 1000 selected pauses the array of fragments of pauses is formed in the automatic (computer) mode, from which the arrays of fragments of pauses of different duration are generated by a dimension about 100 000. For forming of array of fragments of pauses with editing, the chosen pauses were divided into casual character parts in arbitrary correlation. Afterwards, the new pauses were created from it with the fixed place of editing. The general array of all fragments of pauses was broken into training and test arrays. The maximum efficiency, achieved on a test array in the process of educating, was determined. In general case this efficiency is determined by the maximum size of probability of correct classification of fragments with editing and fragments without editing. Scientifically reasonable methodology of exposure of signs of editing in digital phonograms is offered on the basis of neuron networks of the deep learning. The conducted experiments showed that the construction of the effective system is possible for the exposure of such tracks. Further development of methodology must be directed to find the ways to increase the probability of correct binary classification of investigated pauses.

The aim of the article is to ground the probabilistic approach to the acceptance of expert decisions on examinations of difficult objects with the use of the information technologies conducted on the basis of the used methodologies of realization of examinations. Criminalistics identification researches of difficult objects are conducted by comparison of the identification signs got from debatable (investigated) and exemplary (experimental) identifying objects. For comparison at first it is necessary to measure them, and already after it to compare inter se, i.e. to find the measure of closeness between the compared identification signs. And here are two aspects of estimation of authenticity of results of comparison. First from them belongs to determination of probability of complete coincidence of parameters of identification signs of two different objects. In other words, it is the aspect of proof of strict individuality of descriptions of the investigated objects, confessed in the whole world and allowing to use the categorical form of formulation of conclusion of expert. The calculation of probability of coincidence of fingerprint cards of two different personalities belongs exactly to this aspect. The second aspect is related to probabilistic character of processes of both origin of identification signs in difficult objects and their selection, measuring and comparison during realization of criminalistics researches. Exactly he is related to the probabilistic going near the estimation of results of criminalistics researches of difficult objects. It is shown that the result of any examination of difficult object, related to measuring of concrete sizes, is characterized by the presence of random constituent and its result must be presented in a probabilistic form. There are three separate random values determined by probability, characterizing examination and tool intended for identification researches of difficult objects At creation of tool for realization of examinations of difficult objects and its introduction into practice, the curves of values of probability errors of І and ІІ family must be made and its minimum efficiency must be determined. Exactl efficiency of tool must serve as a criterion for its suitability for realization of expert researches.
