PEDAGOGICAL CREATIVITY AS A BASЕ OF DEMOCRATIZATION OF EDUCATION
On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, it was discovered that pedagogical creativity is democratic in its essence, because it is carried out openly, transparently, through the interaction of subjects of the pedagogical process; It is pedagogical creativity that contributes to filling the educational process with non-standard approaches to education and education, organization and management of education. It is proved that competition and democracy in education ensure its progress and progressive development in view of social needs and interests. The article describes the basis of the democracy of pedagogical creativity, which manifests itself in various forms and types of pedagogical activity, stimulating self-development of the teacher and activating his innovative thinking. This is manifested primarily in the creation of new teaching methods, progressive approaches to the disclosure of the potential of learners, in the teacher's ability to combine scientific and methodological work, to find non-standard pedagogical decisions. Pedagogical creativity develops the teacher's ability to self-improvement and self-education as a lifestyle. And the democratic foundation of this process creates the proper conditions for the creative self-realization of the teacher, his scientific and methodological search for the mastering of new technologies for the development of intellectual and spiritual abilities of the students. The purpose of the article is to study and theoretical substantiation of the essence of pedagogical creativity as the basis of the democratization of education.
