The pandemic caused by the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus had a significant impact on the nursing profession. It is known that nurses are one of the professions that are required to be ready to work, even to be at the forefront. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth analysis of the factors related to the performance of nurses, with the pandemic not causing the performance of nurses to decrease. This study aims to analyze the effect of meaningful work and work engagement on work performance, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study using primary data from distributing questionnaires to 326 nurses on duty at hospitals that are referrals for patients exposed to Covid-19, in Malang Raya, East Java, Indonesia. Furthermore, the data in this study were analyzed using the regression method with Minitab software. The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously meaningful work and work engagement affect the work performance of nurses.

The aim of this study in general is to examine the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk on intention to use. The subject of this study is the account officer of the big data user of a state-owned company in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Specifically, this research has the purpose of finding out both the simultaneous and partial influence of perceived use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk on the intention to use the big data of State-Owned Bank customers. This study is a survey employing both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The samples of the subjects used were 95 account officers of a state-owned bank in East Java who used customer big data. The analysis conducted in this study included multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing for both simultaneous and partial The result of the F testing indicates that collectively, the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk variables have a simultaneous and positive influence on the intention to use the customer's big data. However, based on the T-test, it was observed that perceived usefulness is the only variable that has a partial influence on the intention to use the big data of the customers. While the other two variables, perceived ease of use and perceived risk, were found to have no significant influence on the intention to use the bank's customers' big data.

Networking capability is used as a supporting variable in SMEs' internationalization efforts. This is because SMEs find it difficult if they are alone to face increasingly fierce competition and are also faced with uncertain economic conditions. This study uses a quantitative approach, with SMEs owners as respondents. A total of 185 respondents are SMEs owners in the East Java region of Indonesia. Simple linear regression analysis is used, to measure validity, and reliability, followed by hypothesis testing. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between networking capability and internationalization. SMEs should be able to establish good and profitable cooperation with the government, suppliers, capital owners, and the community to reduce their limitations.

Entrepreneurship is identical with the risk of uncertain environment or market. This risk makes many university graduates hesitant about pursuing a career as an entrepreneur. So that universities play an important role in producing graduates who are ready for entrepreneurship, to support them in terms of education, in addition to several other supporting factors such as family, friends, and especially themselves. This research objective is to analyze the effect of educational support, relational support, personal attitudes, and uncertainty on entrepreneurial intents. State university students in East Java, Indonesia, became the population in this study. This area was chosen because it is the biggest contributor to successful entrepreneurs in Indonesia. This study used a sample of 113 students. Although limited in number, they were evenly sourced from large and well-known universities, and a good entrepreneurial atmosphere was provided for the students. Statistical tests with AMOS were used to test this relationship. Normality assumption test, validity and reliability test, as well as hypothesis testing, are directed to look for the importance of the connection. Relational support has the strongest influence, followed by personal attitude, uncertainty, and the lowest is educational support. These results indicate that internal forces exert a stronger effect than external stimuli. This study found that academy graduates choose careers as entrepreneurs through various considerations. The strongest consideration is relational support. Those with an entrepreneurial family background have a stronger intention to be entrepreneurs.
