This research aims to investigate the effect of the social customer relationship management (CRM) process on achieving superior levels of costumers and financial performance. The object of this research is the Iraqi firms at the Iraqi environment market, while the subject is more than 200 respondents. Six variables from the research data were gathered through an instrument model invalid form that structured to be measured through reliable questionnaires. Statistical Analysis of the research data used partial least squares structural equation modeling with the significance in accordance with the output of SPSS 22.0. The findings indicate that the social CRM technologies of the firms improve the innovation activities on Both (services and products). This has a positive effect on the ability to achieve high performance through building customer-linking capabilities by adopting innovations, resulting in higher levels of efficiency. In exchange, higher levels of consumer contribution lead to having positive levels of customer and financial performance.
This research explains semantic publishing of information technology awareness in rural areas among electronic government readiness in Republic of Iraq. However, this paper will attempt at reviewing the literature that pertain to this topic in general. At the same time an attempt at reviewing three countries models in India, Brazil, and Taiwan will be made. This is so because, these countries are trying to develop and enhance Electronic Government (EG) project through a publish information system in rural areas of their various countries. This study explains and attempt at proposing a new project in Iraq. The proposal is towards publishing Information Technology (IT) over all governorates in the whole of Iraq. Its main objective is to publish IT in Iraq as a whole. Finally, it aims at decreasing the challenges and issues in different countries with regard to the aforementioned topic. This study will also benefits Iraq by getting to share experiences from other countries. The experiences acquired will help in overcoming the anticipated problems or barriers that may be encountered in the process of applying IT kiosks project in Iraq or any country. At present most developing countries around the world are not using IT kiosk in most of the rural areas, therefore this study is timely.

In this paper, we investigate the definition of Fintech and measure the extent of the impact of Fintech variables on the Cybersecurity as the dependent variable. The hypotheses developed by the authors which are based on research through the statistical results of the research variables and as all correlation coefficients were a positive relationship and at the level of significance 0.01 which made the authors accept the correlation hypotheses, and for the results of the influence factor between the research variables it also had a positive effect when the level of 0.05 for all sections of the independent variable, as we have also noticed that the influence of the independent variable of financial technology when linked to all of its sections with Cybersecurity. We find the influence of the influence coefficient significantly increased to 0.908, which explains that there is a complementarity between the sections of the independent variable.

Preceding researchers have tended to focus on the negative aspect of the perceived overqualification and its inadequacy in the organization. We offer an alternative perspective and postulate that perceived overqualification could influence employees' behavior through an interactive mechanism. We propose that relational skill abilities, in the form of job autonomy of overqualified employees, determine their tendency to experience interpersonal influences, and, thus engage in helping behavior with devastating work deviance behavior. Data were collected from 20 multinational companies in China through a survey of 500 participants. Structural equation modeling was used for the analysis of data. The results indicate that perceived overqualification has a strong indirect impact via interpersonal influence on the helping behavior and workplace deviance behavior, and increase the helping behavior and decrease the workplace deviance behavior at the working environment. Further, outcomes concluded that job autonomy and prosocial motivation have a significant moderating role and increase the employers helping behavior and deteriorations their Workplace deviance behavior.
