This article examines the leadership of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. It applies three features of Bernard M. Bass's concept of idealized influence of transformational leadership: high ethical conduct, collective sense of mission, and perception of confidence. The author considers the results of the analysis and explains why these findings are important. While the study covers the political-scientific analysis of President Zelensky's leadership, its particular novelty lies in the use of Bass's theory of transformational leadership, formulated on the basis of management and organization science.

The main objective of the article is to examine the Arab revolutions in the early 2010s in a context of establishing democracy, in order to determine what lessons can be learned from the experiences. It starts with an overview of the revolutionary movement – the Arab Spring, that swelled across the MENA region, overthrowing some long-standing authoritarian regimes. Next, it analyzes the uprisings to indicate political, economic and social successes and failures in parts of the region. Finally, in the summary of the study, based on the conducted examination, the author discusses the results of the analysis and explains why these findings are important and thought-provoking. Następnie analizuje wystąpienia, aby wskazać sukcesy i porażki polityczne, gospodarcze i społeczne w niektórych częściach regionu. Wreszcie w podsumowaniu, na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań, autor omawia wyniki analizy i wyjaśnia, dlaczego wyniki te są ważne i skłaniają do refleksji.

The Article examines the North Korean missile crisis situation. It starts with providing a background of North Korean nuclear program and identifying primary drivers of North Korea's continued interest in weapons of mass destruction. The article analyses hypothetical solutions like military action and the ineffectiveness of the economic sanctions. The three solutions to North Korean case start with a plan to prepare a policy of regime transition, and are followed with an explanation why making Pyongyang feel more secure and helping to improve its country economy are crucial to achieving American goal, which is at least freezing its country nuclear weapons program.

The article examines Russia's military attack on Ukraine, and proposes actions to solve the crisis. It starts with an analysis of America's relations with Ukraine prior to 2021–2022, and explains why we have to deal with Ukraine case to begin with. Next, it describes the primary drivers of Russia's continued interest in invading Ukrainian territory. Finally, the author analyses Biden's foreign policies and determines what type of strategy should be executed to bring peace and stability back to the region.

The article examines Joe Biden's decision to choose Kamala Harris as his running mate in light of the presidential candidate's features of political personality. It starts with the description of what political personality is and what it consists of. Second, the author takes a look at some of Joe Biden's political decisions, which indicate that his certain leadership characteristics that have been seen recently, are actually longstanding because one could also observe them in the past. Third, the author examines some of Joe Bident's aspirants to becoming his running mate and demonstrates how Joe Biden's selection of Kamala Harris discloses the key features of his political personality. Finally, the author identifies Joe Biden's leadership strengths as well as weaknesses and, as a result, explains what consequences his decision regarding Kamala Harris might have on his future political decisions as the President of the United States of America. ; Artykuł analizuje osobowość polityczną Joe Bidena. The article examines President Donald Trump's leadership through the lenses of Bernard M. Bass's model of transformational leadership. It starts with a description of what transformational leadership is and what it consists of. Second, the author takes a look at some of the features of transformational leadership, such as high ethical conduct, arousing team spirit, and inclusion of followers, and applies them to Trump. Finally, the author discusses the results of the analysis and explains why these findings are important and thought-provoking. The peculiar novelty of the study lies in the use of the theory and model of transformational leadership, developed by Bass and formulated on the basis of the science of management and organization. This is one of the innovative elements that distinguish the author's project from previous works on political leadership.
