Starting from the recognition of the in force constitutional law concerning the environment protection, in the light of the constitutional jurisprudence statements, the Author suggests a review of Article 9 of the Constitution, which could be able, on the one hand, to formalize in a legislative text of constitutional status the results so far achieved, and, on the other hand, to enrich the constitutional text with the subjects deemed indispensable, also according to the model offered by the European Union legal system. ; L'Autore muove dalla individuazione del diritto costituzionale vigente nella materia della tutela della tutela dell'ambiente, alla luce degli approdi della giurisprudenza costituzionale, per giungere a suggerire un intervento di revisione dell'art. 9 della Costituzione in grado, da un lato, di formalizzare in un testo normativo di rango costituzionale i risultati fino ad oggi raggiunti, dall'altro, di arricchire il testo costituzionale dei contenuti ritenuti indispensabili anche sulla base del modello offerto dall'ordinamento dell'Unione Europea.
