Разногласия СССР и западных держав по греческому вопросу в 1945-1946 гг
В статье анализируется переговорный процесс СССР, США и Великобритании по политическому и территориальному аспектам греческого вопроса в 1945-1946 гг. Проведен анализ обсуждения греческого вопроса на Потсдамской конференции, сессиях Совета министров иностранных дел и Парижской мирной конференции. Затрагиваются советские планы получить базу торговых кораблей в Средиземном море. Процесс территориального урегулирования на Балканском полуострове и разногласия по вопросу проведения выборов в освобожденных странах рассматриваются в контексте генезиса холодной войны. На Парижской мирной конференции впервые столкнулись две враждебные коалиции стран во главе с США и СССР. Источниковую базу статьи составили американские и советские дипломатические документы и мемуары. Использованы материалы Архива внешней политики РФ, Государственного архива РФ и Российского государственного архива социально-политической истории. ; The article analyzes the negotiation process of the USSR, USA and Great Britain for political and territorial aspects of the Greek issue in 1945-1946. The author examines the discussion on the Greek issue at the Potsdam Conference, sessions of the Council of Foreign Ministers and the Paris Peace Conference. The article also considers the soviet plans to gain a base of trade ships in the Mediterranean Sea. The process of territorial settlement on the Balkan Peninsula and disagreement on the issue of elections in the liberated countries are considered in the context of the origins of the Cold War. At the Paris Peace Conference it was the first time that two hostile coalitions of countries led by the USA and the USSR had clashed. The analysis is made referring to official American and Soviet diplomatic documents and memoirs, as well as materials from the Archive of Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation, the State Archive of the Russian Federation and the Russian State Archive of Socio-Political History.
