Longmen Shan fault zone is located in the special joint between the Triassic Songpan-Ganzi orogen of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and the stable Sichuan basin of the Yangtze platform. In this region there are four major active faults and three tectonic nappes. According to the analysis of neotectonics and historical earthquakes the Longmen Shan fault zone is a dangerous earthquake belt. The rupture system of the Wenchuan earthquake is characterized by thrust and dextral strike-slip movement.

The article studies the metaphorical nature of the term "corruption" and represents a review of metaphors used for interpretation of the phenomenon of corruption in different historical epochs and in the modern political reality of Russia. En este trabajo se estudia de la revocatoria del mandato, consulta popular (refer?ndum y plebiscito) e iniciativa popular normativa, como medios a trav?s de los cuales los ciudadanos ejercen la democracia directa. The paper analyses current legislations that regulate the development and implementation of municipal heat supply systems. A cost-effectiveness analysis of an investment programme model taken for a particular heat supply scheme in a Sverdlovsk regional municipality reveals a certain number of problem areas of organizational and legal nature in the overall heat supply process. Hence, certain ways of amending existing legislations are proposed to improve and streamline the heat supply restructuration process. The paper also presents an algorithm of cooperation for heat supply participants whenever an energy service company enters the scheme as an investment process operator. © 2016 WIT Press, www.witpress.com.

A borderline state of the culture is reflected today in human social practices, revealing some new meanings. They are connected not only with the external reality but also with the spiritual state of society; they go into a special sphere of otherness in relation to the previous stages of human development. The transition beyond the bounds of actual existence into the space of consciousness objects creates a new type of otherworldly (average) man. The otherwordliness is, first of all, a classical characteristic, often forgotten and unclaimed by the young generation of Russians. When we say classics, we mean not only the art but also the manners, perceptions and, especially, ethics. The otherscopeness is a goal of the innovational development; it is reflected in the new ideal transmitted and created by the modern education, whose specifics the article is devoted to.

The main aim of this article is to analyse the theoretical background regarding monetary policy, money and capital markets with a reference to the Greek economy. From an international point of view the recent crisis has been affected by the incompleted financial market, problems of instability and political failure. The structure of Eurozone was another weak link in the establishment of an effective economic environment able to survive during the recent financial crisis however most of the concequences have affected the weak economies of the region. In fact the Hellenic economy with the structural inequilities in the labor, money and capital markets has been influenced hardly because the Greek government failed to take measures to manage the crisis. The Internationaal Financial Non-System with the trilemma problem in the design of a strong monetary policy can be attributed to the Hellenic crisis in a specific way as it is described in the article. ; peer-reviewed
