The utilization of crop straw biomass resources is highly emphasized by governments and academia in recent decades. Based on the core databases of the literature in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) academic journals, CiteSpace software is used to analyze and process the hotspots, and this study proposed the primary coverage and evolutionary trends of research on the utilization of crop straw resources. The thesis proposes the research development trend for improving the institutional mechanism of the utilization of crop straw resources, strengthening technology research and development, exploring the economic model of green cycle agriculture, accelerating the construction of the industrial system, and designing new paths of resource utilization in multiple ways, which helps estimate the development trend of the utilization of crop straw resources and provide inspiration and direction for future research and practices.

Thailand has experienced severe air-quality problems for the past 10 years. Complicating this situation, the Thai government allocates an insufficient budget for the management of air pollution. Using the contingent valuation method, this paper estimates the willingness to pay for air-quality improvement in Thailand to reveal the benefits that people will gain if air-quality improves. The results show that the total benefits from air-quality improvement would be 18.8 billion baht in 2020. The Thai government can use these findings as a guideline to redistribute its budget to address air pollution more effectively.

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to develop a better understanding of how relational embeddedness offers marketing channel partners both benefits and hazards. The nonlinear effect of relational embeddedness on channel opportunism is investigated. Influence strategies (i.e. coercive and noncoercive influence) are also examined as mediators of this nonlinear effect.Design/methodology/approachSurvey data are gathered from a sample of 149 manufacturers in China. The hypotheses are tested through regression analysis.FindingsThe results support the hypothesis that relational embeddedness has a U-shaped effect on opportunism, and that this relationship can be mediated through noncoercive influence strategies. The results also indicate that coercive influence has an inverted U-shaped effect and noncoercive influence has a U-shaped effect on opportunism.Research limitations/implicationsThis research serves as a launching point for further investigations into the "black box" of the double-edged effects of relational embeddedness. Other channel behavior constructs can be explored in future studies.Practical implicationsFirms should be aware of the benefits and pitfalls associated with relational embeddedness in marketing channels. They should be alert to using influence strategies when managing channel opportunism.Originality/valueThis study addresses the dilemma of embeddedness in marketing channel relationships and reveals its causes and mechanisms by exploring the mediating effects of influence strategies.

There is continuing debate over the effect of homophily, which is the tendency for individuals to socialize with similar people, on behavior diffusion. We aimed to clarify this relationship from a social network perspective, using the agent-based modeling approach. The results demonstrate
that homophily promoted the diffusion of behaviors that people had a strong propensity to adopt, but had a prohibitive effect when the adoption propensity was weak. When the adoption propensity was moderate, the effect was promotive at first and then became prohibitive. Moreover, we identified
3 types of homophily—status, value, and mixed (status–value)—and found that mixed homophily was most effective for behavior diffusion, followed by value homophily and then status homophily. These findings highlight the importance of behavior classes and homophily type in
the relationship between homophily and behavior diffusion, and call for a serious consideration of both factors when empirically studying the related issues.

In China, since the beginning of the 21st century, the study of sports communication has gradually attracted the attention of the academic community, and a number of valuable achievements have emerged. The 2,863 articles that were published by core journals of sport communication from 1982 to 2018 and collected from the CNKI database were chosen as research objects. This article used CitespaceV software to analyze productivity, hot domains, and frontiers in China sport communication research by the methods of bibliometrics method, co-occurrence analysis, and word of frequency analysis. We aimed to grasp the dynamic process of China sport communication research development and provide a valuable reference for its theoretical research and practice. It was shown that first, sport communication researches in China started late but grew fast. Second, the research hotspot of sport communication was related to communication, culture, big data, network, and so on. Third, sport communication research was mainly carried out by universities of sport and communication schools of colleges and universities. Researches were centered around pluralistic, international, and technological aspects with "sport communication" as the focus in drawing experiences from the international sports communication and improve the Chinese sport communication. Rich knowledge and innovative ideas were needed to do the future researches.
