The frequent occurrence of conflicts of interest between shareholders and management, causing agency problems. One way to overcome this issue is to include managerial ownership (Jensen and Meckling, 1976). The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of ownership structure on agency costs. The structure of ownership consists of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, government ownership,and foreign ownership. The population in this research is manufacturers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of 102 companies taken by purposive sampling method. To test the hypothesis, the research uses multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. The results show that managerial ownership and institutional ownership have no significant effect on agency costs. Likewise, government ownership and foreign ownership also have no significant effect on agency costs.

Research outputs can be: Modules, International Journals, Seminars, Flip sheets and Leaflets on Premarital Sexual Behavior in Adolescents, Method; The study used a cross sectional approach with a sample of 356 in 9 high schools and vocational schools in Samarinda, using the Slovin sample formula Results; 1) There is a significant relationship between attitude, religiosity, and parenting factors with premarital sexual behavior among high school students in the city of Samarinda. 2) There is no significant relationship between information source factors and premarital sexual behavior among high school students in Samarinda City. Conclusion; 1) It is very necessary to instill the values of good and positive attitudes for adolescents, especially in high school students as a reinforcement of premarital sexual understanding and its effects, 2) There needs to be an increase in fostering the appreciation and practice of religious values in schools and the implementation of religious obligations while at both at school and at home, 3) Open communication relations between parents and children are needed in order to implement good and democratic parenting.
Abstrak. Batuan merupakan benda yang berasal dari magma yang mendingin di dalam bumi. Untuk mengetahui kondisi batuan perlu di lakukan penelitian. Mamuju merupakan daerah yang sedang hangat dalam perbincangan peneliti tentang bagaimana kandungan di bawah permukaan daerah Mamuju, Sulawesi Barat. Daerah ini juga merupakan daerah yang diteliti oleh instansi-instansi pemerintah termasuk PTBGN-BATAN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemodelan bawah permukaan bumi. Tujuannya untuk memberikan informasi tentang kondisi baik itu bentuk maupun kedalaman batuan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode magnetik dan metode ini merupakan metode yang tepat untuk membuat model bawah permukaan bumi. Hasil interpretasi kualitatif diperoleh peta kontur intensitas magnetik total dan anomali magnetik. Peta kontur intensitas magnetik total memiliki nilai sebesar 41286,5 – 42280 nT. Sedangkan anomali magnetik memiliki nilai -760,1 – 231,8 nT. Daerah A dan daerah B merupakan daerah yang memiliki anomali tinggi. Hasil interpretasi kuantitatif didapat ada 4 model bawah permukaan yang masing-masing terdapat batuan yang sama yaitu batuan breksi dengan nilai suseptibilitas 0,0006 – 0,00075 satuan cgs dan batuan lava dengan nilai suseptibilitas 0.001 – 0.0015 satuan cgs. daerah yang dilakukan pemodelan fokus pada daerah Hulu Mamuju, hal ini disebabkan karena menurut peta kontur daerah tersebut merupakan daerah yang memiliki anomali magnetik yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengkaji dan menganalisis adaptasi yang dilakukan Pesantren Tremas terhadap tuntutan perubahan kehidupan, mulai dari pergeseran nilai-nilai, politik, ekonomi, bahkan sosial budaya di era globalisasi, dan (2) mengkaji dan menganalisis respon yang dibangun di Pondok Tremas, sehingga ia tetap bertahan di tengah himpitan arus perubahan sosial era globalisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Model penelitian ini menggunakan interaksi simbolik. Interaksi simbolis mengejar makna dibalik yang sensual, mencari phenomena yang lebih esensial daripada sekadar gejala. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Pondok Pesantren Tremas, di Kecamatan Arjosari Kabupaten Pacitan. Key informan sekaligus kiai yang diamati di Pesantren Tremas adalah KH. Fuad Habib, dan KH. Luqman Harist Dimyathi. Metode pengumpulan meliputi tiga tahap, yakni: (i) tahap pra lapangan; (ii) tahap di lapangan; dan (iii) tahap analisis data. Analisis data melalui intensionalitas; intersubjectivity; refleksi atau intuisi; dan transendental logic. Penelitian di rancang selama satu tahun mulai dari pembuatan proposal, pelaksanaan sampai laporan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan dua hal dasar. Pertama, bahwa adaptasi Pondok Tremas dalam mewarnai modernisasi dilakukan dengan dibukanya pendidikan formal mulai dari Taman Kanak-Kanak, MTs, MA Salafiyah hingga community college, dan Ma'had Aly. Eksistensi pendidikan formal di lingkungan Pondok Tremas yang dimulai pada tahun 1952 seolah mempertegas keberpihakan para kiai terhadap modernisasi, sekaligus tanggap atas kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar atas pendidikan formal. Kedua, respon Pondok Tremas dalam menghadapi era globalisasi dilakukan dengan pembagian peran dan tanggung jawab, yakni KH. Fuad Habib Dimyathi menjadi penjaga kedalaman Pondok Tremas, khususnya urusan domestik, terkait masalah pendidikan dan pengajaran, sedangkan KH. Lukman Hakim bertanggung jawab sebagai jangkar penggerak pelbagai modal yang berada di luar pesantren (networking dan hubungan sosial kemasyarakatan). Sementara itu, keluarga besar pondok bertugas sebagai penjaga keadaban pondok, yakni nilai-nilai kebaikan, tata susila, tradisi-tradisi, budaya pondok yang telah dibangun dan diwariskan.
The primary aim of this research is to investigate and establish the significance of competitive social capital in augmenting the performance of craft (batik) small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the region of Central Java, Indonesia. This study centers its attention on the factors that influence knowledge donation and knowledge collection. The quantitative methodology used structural equation modelling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). Participants were recruited from craft (batik) SMEs in the cities of Semarang, Pekalongan, Kudus, Pati and Solo through an online questionnaire. The study's results suggest that engaging in knowledge donation and knowledge collecting has a positive and statistically significant influence on the competitive social capital and performance of SMEs. Both the processes of knowledge donation and knowledge collection are key elements in the construction and utilization of a resilient social network, which subsequently has positive impacts on performance. Moreover, it is important to acknowledge that competitive social capital might serve as a mediator in the causal relationship between knowledge donation, knowledge collecting, and business performance. This suggests that the existence of competitive social capital functions as a mechanism for linking the facilitation of knowledge donating and knowledge collecting, ultimately resulting in the development of business performance.
Good communication is necessary in an effort to build a harmonious Christian family, requiring that every family member should learn and understand how to communicate in the most proper way. This paper aims to describe the A-CORE principle (Amiable, Clarity, Obvious, Respect, Empathy) as the principle of building effective communication in Christian families. The research method used throughout writing this paper is qualitative methods with data collection through library research. From this study, it can be concluded that the A-CORE principle is in accordance with Christian ethics based on the Bible, and can be applied as a communication principle in Christian families.
The application of additional punishment of the revocation of political rights in the form of voting and/or voting rights elected in the elections to the corruption convicts was as an attempt to eradicate the extraordinary Corruption of crime and part of severe punishment and a charge of corruption convicts. The purpose of this research, namely: first, to know and analyze the implementation requirements of additional punishment of revocation of political rights to corruption prisoners in the perspective of human rights; Second, to know and analyze the position of additional penalty for the revocation of political rights in the purpose of punishment in Indonesia. The type of research used is normative juridical research with a legal approach, conceptual approach, a case approach approach, and a comparative approach. The results of the study proved that: first, political rights can be classified in the right to freedom of thought and a conscience that is unable to be reduced under any circumstance and attached to the status of citizens. The application of the additional penalty was the act of degrading and dignity of corruption prisoners as citizens because of the impact on the elimination of Rights and the disclosure of political rights of corruption prisoners until its application does not meet the requirements of the restriction on human rights in the perspective of the relative-particulate matter; Secondly, the theory of the goal of punishment in accordance with Indonesian philosophy is correctional which is also a rationality of the implementation of prison sentence as does Law No. 12 of 1995 about Correctional. Abstract: This article aims to analyze how the online learning policy launched by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic impact on Islamic religious education. The analysis approach used is a library research and research results related to online learning policies during the Covid 19 period. This research findings show that the implementation of online learning is still far from what is expected, despite all its advantages and disadvantages. The dynamics experienced either by educators, students or parents is a challenge for the government. The collaboration of educational institutions, students and parents is essential for the success of this program. The impact of online learning in the context of Islamic education is very influential in the process of ordering character and inculcating Islamic values. The stakeholders and all policy makers must encourage this policy so that the learning transformation process can be carried out properly, by utilizing and maximizing the presence of information and communication technology availability. Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana dampak kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dicanangkan pemerintah di masa pandemi covid-19 pada pendidikan agama Islam. Analisis dengan menggunakan kajian literatur-literatur kepustakaan dan hasil penelitian yang terkait dengan kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh jauh di masa Covid 19. Hasil analisis, bahwa implementasi kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh dirasakan masih belum sesuai dengan harapan, terlepas dengan segala kelebihan dan kekuranganya. Dinamika yang dihadapi di masa Covid 19 ini oleh pendidik maupun peserta didik serta orang tua menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pemerintah. Kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan, peserta didik dan orang tua sangat diperlukan demi suksesnya program ini. Imbas pembelajaran jarak jauh pada konteks pendidikan Islam sangat berpengaruh dalam proses pembentukan karakter dan penanaman nilai-nilai ke-Islaman. Stake holder dan semua pemangku kebijakan mesti mendorong kebijakan ini agar proses transformasi pembelajaran dapat berjalan baik, dengan memanfaatkan dan memaksimalkan hadirnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang tersedia. Accounting information is one of many informations that is used in making decisions by investors. Accounting information has value relevance when the information raises investor reactions, meaning that the information is used for decision making that affects stock prices. This study aimed to examine the value relevance of earning value and the fair value measurement of non-financial assets, along with the role of corporate governance in increasing the value relevance of both informations. This study used 142 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2017 as study samples. Moedaretd Regression Analysis was used as an analytical tool to test the relationship of study variables. The results showed that earning and the fair value measurement of non-financial assets had value relevance. Both of these informations are considered useful by investors for their decision making. Corporate governance was found to play a role in increasing the value relevance of earning and the fair value measurement of non-financial assets. Corporate governance is able to reduce agency conflicts that can cause information to be biased for investors. The existence of corporate governance provides assurance that informations has been fairly presented to investors, thereby increasing value relevance.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Nusalima Kelola Sarana. Penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara dengan manajer sebagai informan kunci dan empat karyawan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan di PT. Nusalima Kelola Sarana Tangerang Selatan yang memiliki gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan, manajer saling menghargai potensi masing-masing dengan melakukan kegiatan yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan, dan sejauh mana penggunaan pelatihan, serta efektivitas kinerja karyawan, serta kemampuan karyawan dan meminimalkan bantuan orang lain. Namun dalam memotivasi karyawan dirasa kurang memadai dan hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya tingkat inisiatif karyawan.
Building a child's character is very basic in a family. However, what often happens is that parents are satisfied with sending their children to Sunday school and sending them to well-known schools or schools that have a character building curriculum. However, during the Corona Virus or Covid 19 pandemic, parents can no longer leave their children in public schools or Sunday schools. The government's decision requires schools to be online. In addition, Sunday school worship is also abolished. Now they live at home with their parents almost every day. Interaction with parents is a valuable opportunity to interact and build relationships as well as build children's character. Unfortunately, many parents are not ready to seize this opportunity. This study uses a library analysis methodology and a case approach that occurred during this pandemic. The results show that parents must be aware that educating their children is very important, and is a responsibility that cannot be transferred to other parties. Being a role model in the home cannot be done once in a while but all life in the home is an example, directing the potential of children according to their talents and interests, and providing guidance and being able to become friends for them.
This research discusses the internalization of human values in children facing the COVID-19 pandemic in Padangsidimpuan. It was found that there were actions that were inappropriate for mothers, teachers and the community. Mothers understand the COVID-19 pandemic from a negative point of view. Mother forbids the children to see each other. The teacher advised the children not to leave the house. People advise children not to play outside of parental guidance. These are all inappropriate actions in understanding social distancing and staying at home as one of the government's appeals. However, it can follow play, study, and gather protocols. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on how the actions of mothers, teachers and society in children face the COVID-19 pandemic? How to internalize human values against the COVID-19 pandemic in Padangsidimpuan City? The results of the study found that mothers, teachers, and the community provided a more appropriate understanding of children and instilled the importance of being grateful to Allah SWT, feeling empathy for children whose parents were indicated to have COVID-19 and internalizing egalitarian, humanitarian attitudes, namely respect, care, share, strengthen hearts, and put forward identity so that life becomes useful.

The purpose of this paper is to: Explain the legal study of the implementation of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the stage of selecting the regional head of Tuban Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research. This research emphasizes on election management institutions, so the main approach used is the institutional network approach to Bawaslu, namely through a legal approach and a conceptual approach. Meanwhile, the legal material uses laws related to elections and its derivatives, namely the Bawaslu regulations in dealing with election violations. The realization of the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus in the Pilkada can be carried out by optimally involving several related institutions, including the State Civil Apparatus Commission (KASN), Bureaucratic Leaders, Regional Inspectorates, and the Regional Civil Service Agency, the General Election Commission (KPU) and the General Elections Supervisory Agency (KPU). Sedangkan bahan hukumnya menggunakan undang-undang terkait dengan pemilu serta turunan di bawahnya yaitu peraturan bawaslu dalam menangani pelanggaran pemilu. Perwujudan netralitas Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam Pilkada dapat dilakukan dengan melibatkan secara optimal beberapa institusi terkait, di antaranya Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN),Pimpinan Birokrasi, Inspektorat Daerah, dan Badan Kepegawaian Daerah, Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) dan Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (BAWASLU). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan dalam konteks Pilkada Kabupaten Tuban atas penyelesaian hukum temuan pelanggaran pada tahapan pilkada oleh ASN, Bawaslu Kabupaten Tuban selanjutnya mengirimkan hasil kajian dan temuan tersebut ke Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara dan oleh lembaga tersebut diterbitkanya berupa surat rekomendasi peringatan terhadap calon tersebut.
Mangrove area of Berau District, East Kalimantan Province is an important buffering zone for Derawan Islands. It also becomes a distinctive habitat for commercial fisheries commodity. Land conversion into shrimp ponds has threatened its sustainability. This paper summarizing its ecological condition, fisheries, and management options presents a guideline for the decision makers about what strategies can be applied in conserving the mangrove sustainability. Overall, the ecological condition is proven to support sustainable fisheries practice; such as shrimp and crab silvofisheries. Moreover, the calculation of firewood economic value shows that a sustainable commercial firewood production is another option that can be established to support local economic activities. In addition, a well managing ecotourism may be considered by local government considering its potential for local economic growth.
