Abstract

On the face of It, internat'l persuasion is obviously feasible from the sociol'al viewpoint, since there are numerous examples in internat'l relationships when, even under the stress of crisis, a certain amount of successful propaganda has been recorded. Success has normally been in reinforcement rather than in conversion. But considering the widening gap-econ, but also soc, psychol'al, & pol'al-between the rich & the poor nations, & the resultant 'revolution of rising frustrations' in the latter, internat'l COMM has been less feasible over the past 2 decades. If global COMM is to become feasible in the next 2 decades, we must adapt & exploit the major technological advances of recent yrs, & develop the 'software' to help the poor nations enter into a truly global COMM network.
