Abstract

Die Personalentwicklung soll sowohl den Qualifikationsbedarf der Organisation decken, als auch die Mitarbeiter beruflich fördern und motivieren. Um diese Ziele zu erreichen, müssen die einzelnen Bereiche der Personalentwicklung miteinander vernetzt werden und Personalentwicklung muß in der Lage sein, das Qualifikationspotential einzuschätzen, zu fördern und zu nutzen.
