Abstract

The idea of setting up an economic zone around the sea of Japan voiced for the first time over a decade ago is still in the limelight. An increasingly larger number of organisations and individuals are getting interested in the project and its implementation. The article sketches out the benefits of such a free economic zone for Japan, Russia, China among other countries. (DÜI-Sen)
