Abstract

Mit Blick auf die Frage der Kontinuität oder Diskontinuität der albanischen Politik nach 1985 gewährt der Beitrag einen Überblick über die ideologische Entwicklung, die innen- und wirtschaftspolitischen Probleme sowie die außenpolitischen Aktivitäten Albaniens unter der politischen Führung des Hoxha-Nachfolgers Ramiz Alia. Besonderes Interesse gilt dabei auch der Entwicklung der albanisch-jugoslawischen Auseinandersetzung um den Nationalitätenkonflikt in Kosovo. (BIOst-Hml)
