Abstract

The process of revolutionary restructuring now under way in the USSR commands keen attention among Chinese scholars, especially among Sovietologists and international affairs analysts. The paper looks at how the Chinese scholars assess perestroika paying special attention to a new thinking in Soviet foreign policy and further improvement in Sino-Soviet relations. (DÜI-Sen)
