Abstract

The 13th Congress and the 1st Plenary Meeting of the CPC (Communist Party of China) Central Committee elected members of the higher Party bodies formed to implement the Congress resolutions. The paper briefly analyses and points out the characteristic features in the composition of the CPC's leading bodies. Tendencies to upgrade the CPC CC members' educational standard, toward reducing the number of the military in the leading Party bodies among other things. (DÜI-Sen)
