Improvement of the military legislation system as a precondition for its codification ; Удосконалення системи військового законодавства як передумова його кодифікації
Abstract
The article is devoted to determination of the preconditions for codification of the military legislation in Ukraine, analyses the legislation in the field of defence, clarifies the main reasons that contributed to prompting the improvement of the military legislation, and identifies some its inconsistencies, which may be the basis for codification of defence legislation. ; Статтю присвячено визначенню передумов кодифікації військового законодавства, здійснено аналіз законодавства у сфері оборони, з'ясовано основні причини, які сприяли започаткуванню вдосконалення системи військового законодавства, та виявлено деякі неузгодженості положень військового законодавства, що може стати підґрунтям для кодифікації законодавства у сфері оборони.
