Abstract

RESUMEN: En este artículo se hace un recuento, desde 1874 hasta hoy, de las políticas con las que se ha intentado modificar la estructura agraria en Colombia. Las leyes de colonización del siglo pasado, la Ley 200 de 1936, la Ley 133 de 1961 y, en fin, los más recientes proyectos son presentados tanto en su contenido como en sus resultados. ; ABSTRACT: This paper makes a recount from 1874 as far as today, of the politics which the Colombian state has intended to modify the agrarian structure in this country. Last century colonization laws, the 1936's 200 Law, the 1961's 135 Law and, in short, the more recent projects are presented, both the content and the results.
