Abstract

У статті на основі аналізу наукових праць розкрито проблему превентивного напряму соціально-педагогічної роботи щодо дитячого сирітства у зарубіжних країнах, яке показало, що для зарубіжної суспільної практики щодо вирішення проблеми дитячого сирітства характерним є – по-перше, активне впровадження превентивно- профілактичних принципів соціально-педагогічної роботи як засадних у вирішенні проблеми соціального сирітства та орієнтація на потреби, проблеми дитини і сім'ї; по-друге, диференціація соціальної допомоги та підтримки сім'ям і дітям, й створення поруч із державними інституціями розвиненої мережі громадських (приватних ) соціальних служб, дії яких спрямовані на соціальний захист дітей і сімей, які можуть потрапити або вже опинилися у складних життєвих обставинах , а також активний розвиток сімейних форм виховання. ; On the basis of analysis of scientific papers disclosed the problem of preventive direction of social and pedagogical work on child abandonment in foreign countries, which is still little developed by and is out of sight scientific community. That is why the main task of article is to analyze existing experiences of social practice to address the problem of child abandonment in other countries and singling and systematization of preventive direction of social and pedagogical work on the localization of the phenomenon of child abandonment. Explore the international experience of social practice to address the problem of child abandonment and assisting orphans allowed to determine how global trends following: implementation of socio-legal and psycho- pedagogical support to families to prevent difficult situations and the risk of child abandonment; maximum saving for child's biological family; temporary nature of placement in state institutions; priority of family care of orphans; social and educational aid and support foster (foster) family. In general, this study showed that foreign social practice to address the problem of child abandonment is typical – firstly , active implementation of preventive and prophylactic principles of social and pedagogical work as ambush in solving the problem of child abandonment and focus on the needs, challenges and seven of the child's; Secondly, the differentiation of social assistance and support to families and children, and the creation of close to government institutions developed network of public (private) social services, actions are aimed at social protection of children and families can get caught or are in difficult circumstances and the active development of family care.
