Abstract

Йдеться про Жовту Книгу з комунікації ЄС як результат консультаційного процесу після прийняття Білої Книги з Європейської комунікаційної політики. У Жовтій Книзі запропоновано 12 рекомендацій покращення комунікації з громадянами ЄС. The article focuses on the Yellow Paper on EU Communication as the result of the consultation process after the approval of White Paper on a European Communication Policy. The Yellow Paper offered 12 recommendations how to improve the communication with the EU citizens.
