Правовые основы развития экологического законодательства в Республике Дагестан
Abstract
Research paper is devoted to solving environmental problems associated with the development of both the federal and regional legislation. Sphere of Ecology is required in systemic reform. Imperfection of legislation and uneffective implementation of measures envisaged for the protection of the environment are remained the main causes of lack of public policy in the given field. With the creation of economic, political and other conditions essential to ensure the formation of a single domestic environmental legislation of Russia and its subjects, taking into account the peculiarities of the latter.
