This article examines Meskhetian Turk refugees' conception of home as a way of investigating repatriation. Repatriation is considered ideologically & in policy making to be the preferred "durable" solution for refugees: displaced people should go "home," to their country or place of origin. Using the work of legal theorists & refugee studies scholars, the article analyzes the theorizations associated with home & belonging. Ethnographic fieldwork conducted in Azerbaijan presents evidence of the disjuncture between Meskhetian Turk refugees' idea of home as they articulate it, & the conventional understanding of the idea of home in much of the theory & policy about place, belonging, & the nation. Secondly, the article addresses the ability of the human rights regime or its regional manifestation to protect & represent refugee rights. This problem revolves around sovereignty. What has happened to sovereignty as a result of globalization processes contesting control functions of the state? It is concluded that the Meskhetian Turk refugees possess an account of community that runs against the grain of the metanarrative of nation, which remains geographically bound. Though interrupted by the intervention of certain international bodies such as the European Union's Council on Minorities, sovereignty is not overcome. 61 References. This review paper is an effort to develop insight into the development in antennas for through wall imaging radar application. Review on literature on antennas for use in through wall imaging radar, fulfilling one or more requirements/specifications such as ultrawide bandwidth, stable and high gain, stable unidirectional radiation pattern, wide scanning angle, compactness ensuring portability and facilitating real-time efficient and simple imaging is presented. The review covers variants of Vivaldi, Bow tie, Horn, Spiral, Patch and Magneto-electric dipole antennas demonstrated as suitable antennas for the through wall imaging radar application. With an aim to open new research avenues for making better through wall imaging radar antenna, review on relevant compressive reflector antennas, surface integrated waveguide antennas, plasma antennas, metamaterial antennas and single frequency dynamically configurable meta-surface antennas are incorporated. The review paper brings out possibilities of designing an optimum through wall imaging radar antenna and prospects of future research on the antenna to improve radiation pattern and facilitate overall simple and efficient imaging by the through wall imaging radar.
