Abstract
Academic, government, and industry researchers have attempted to build some theoretical and empirical ways to understanding how to innovate and interact in data- driven contexts in recent years. However, it does not appear to go above and beyond our expectations in terms of offering fresh views and resources to investigate this trend in terms of measurement. In this brief study, I show how Dimensions.ai, a new academic big data resource, can be used to assess knowledge-based innovation processes in emerging and transitional countries like Vietnam. This article investigates creativity and collaboration in Ho Chi Minh City using a "n-tuple helix" framework based on Loet Leydesdorff's sociological theory of communication. From a social network standpoint, I argued that a city's innovation system is inextricably linked to its position in intercity and global co-authorship networks. This shows how the helix model and applications can be utilized to discover a data-driven society.

South Koreans have been producing social media content that sharply divided between conservative and progressive perspectives. This study analyzes a YouTube video clip during a South-North summit and then expands its scope to include the entire set of North Korea-related videos. The video was accused on the presidential petition website of violating South Korea's National Security Law. Despite sparking a debate on the suitability of the video's content among YouTube viewers, the petition did not attract much attention from the general public. Using this clip as a basis, we examine how YouTubers show interest in, reactions to, and engagement with North Korea-related media content using several network metrics and visualizations. Our analysis includes extensive background on South Korea's information policy toward North Korea. Based on our findings, we recommend that the South Korean government use cognitive and communication-oriented profiling-based input when formulating their information policy toward North Korea. ; Južnokorejci proizvode sadržaje na društvenim mrežama koji su oštro podijelili korisnike konzervativnih i progresivnih pogleda. Ova studija analizira videoisječak na YouTubeu tijekom sastanka na vrhu Juga i Sjevera, a zatim proširuje svoj doseg kako bi uključila niz videozapisa koji se odnose na Sjevernu Koreju. Video je na predsjedničkoj web stranici, koja objavljuje peticije optuženih za kršenje južnokorejskoga Zakona o nacionalnoj sigurnosti. Unatoč tome što je izazvala raspravu o prikladnosti sadržaja videa među gledateljima YouTubea, peticija nije privukla veliku pozornost šire javnosti. Na temelju ovog videoisječka ispitujemo mrežnim mjerenjima i vizualizacijama kako korisnici YouTubea iskazuju svoj interes i angažman te kakve su im reakcije na medijske sadržaje o Sjevernoj Koreji. Naša analiza uključuje opsežnu pozadinu informacijske politike Južne Koreje prema Sjevernoj Koreji. Oslanjajući se na dobivene nalaze, preporučujemo južnokorejskoj vladi da se posluži spoznajama koje se temelje na kognitivnom i komunikacijski orijentiranom profiliranju u stvaranju njihove informacijske politike prema Sjevernoj Koreji.

Abstract
Quadruple collaboration has risen rapidly in place of the traditional triple helix model of institutional collaboration between universities, governments, and companies. Loet Leydesdorff and Helen Lawton Smith (2022) approach this challenge by aiming to resolve the issue of evaluating and analyzing various quadruple and n-tuple helices. This article seeks to recognize the increasing complexity of new and developing issues in quadruple and n-tuple helices as a response to their research. Higher order helices raise a number of important scientific difficulties, including conceptual and practical issues. The goal of this contribution is to highlight some of the major challenges involved with researching multiple helixes in terms of knowledge innovation, as well as to offer some alternative areas for future research on n-tuple helices measurement.

The public receives and presents science-related information on global warming and climate change in many forms, but little is known about how this information is conveyed through the Internet. More specifically, very few studies have considered YouTube videos focusing on climate change. This study provides a better understanding of how this type of information may be disseminated through several levels of analysis. For this purpose, the exact narrative for the 10 most popular videos about climate change was first established by concentrating particularly on the presentation of the science of climate change. Then the public's responses to and engagement in each video were examined through a semantic analysis of comments on the video. The results indicate that, regardless of the narrative, science-based comments dominated, but often discussed climate change in general instead of specific videos to which they were attached. In the absence of gatekeepers, YouTube users rode the coattails of popular videos about climate change and addended the videos' messages by highlighting evidence of weak, strong, or politicized science.

This study examines the relationship between individuals' networking interests and a group's networked structure. The data set includes 25,651 members and 12,638 mentions from Twitter-mediated communities in South Korea. Using social network and web impact analyses, we investigated the micro- and macro linkage between individuals' interests and groups' structure, the meso-level analysis of individual-to-individual relationships, and the hyperlinked content shared in each community. Findings suggest that different interests of individuals in joining online communities were associated with variations in those communities' network structures: Communities with sociopolitical goals had a denser network structure and communities for interpersonal interests had a more reciprocated network. Communities for information access exhibited greater dependence on a single member, contrary to the communities for information sharing. Types of content shared in the communities also varied by interests. These findings led us to compose a network topology with visual representation, based on sociopolitical, informational, and interpersonal interests.

Triple Helix arrangements of bi- and trilateral relations can be considered as adaptive ecosystems. During the last decade, we have further developed a Triple Helix indicator of synergy as reduction of uncertainty in niches that can be shaped among three or more sets of relations. Reduction of uncertainty can be generated in correlations among distributions of relations, but this (next-order) effect can be considered as a feedback counterbalancing the uncertainty generated in the localized relations. We first explain the indicator and then review possible results when this indicator is applied to (i) co-author networks of academic, industrial, and governmental authors and (ii) synergies in the distributions of firms over geographical addresses, technological classes, and industrial-size classes for a number of nations. Co-variation is then considered as a measure of relationship. The balance between globalizing and localizing dynamics can be quantified. Too much synergy locally can also be considered as lock-in. Tendencies are different for the globalizing knowledge dynamics versus locally retaining wealth from knowledge in industrial innovations.
