International Journal of Advanced Computer Science and Applications(IJACSA), 7(1), 2016 ; The ease with which data can be remitted across the globe via Internet has made it an obvious (as medium) choice for on line data transmission and communication. This salient trait, however, is constraint with akin issues of privacy, veracity of the information being exchanged over it, and legitimacy of its sender together with its availability when needed. Although cryptography is being used to confront confidentiality concern yet for many is slightly limited in scope because of discernibility of encrypted information. Further, due to restrictions imposed on the use of cryptography by its citizens for personal doings, various Governments have also coxswained the research arena to explore another discipline of information hiding called steganography – whose sole purpose is to make the information being exchanged inaudible. This research is focused on evolution of model based secure LSB Steganographic scheme for digital audio wave file format to withstand passive attack by Warden Wendy. ; http://thesai.org/Downloads/Volume7No1/Paper_46-Enhanced_Audio_LSB_Steganography_for_Secure_Communication.pdf

The paper aims to study Rokeya's Sakhawat Hossain's contribution as a writer and social reformer and how she tried to foreground the agency of women. The focus of the study is on Rokeya's emancipatory ideals and how her works deal with the issues related to gender and how women activism and education opened up new vistas for social and political reforms in South Asia. Though the percentage of women education has increased, they remain second class citizens in today's enlightened and technologically advanced world. In her works she talks about the essence of the economic freedom of women, importance of education especially the vocation-based education, socioeconomic development and raising the status of women. She proposed plans and programs and suggested the right measures for women's emancipation. Lessons learned from her initiatives are still relevant today and can be applied to address the contemporary issues reflected in the day to day life of women. The present study will be done with the help of the analysis of Rokeya's Sultana's Dream and Padmarag.

This study investigates the impact of IT capabilities on firm innovation performance. Further, it examines the mediating role of supply chain agility (SCA) as well as the moderating effect of innovation orientation (IO). The proposed conceptual model draws on resource-based view (RBV) theory. Dataset of 335 responses was analysed with process MACRO using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS. The findings show that IT capabilities positively affect firm innovation performance and SCA mediates the relationship of IT capabilities and firm innovative performance. Finally, results also confirm the moderating effect of IO between the IT capabilities and SCA.

Transition economies, such as China, are characterized by volatile and rapidly changing markets. Firms, in order to be successful and get a competitive advantage over their competitors, need to build intangible resources. In the light of the resource‐based view and dominant logic (DL), this study is an endeavor in this regard and proposes that DL and managerial capabilities are intangible resources, which can drive the performance of small‐ and medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs). We hypothesized that dynamic managerial capabilities (DMCs), measured by human capital along with social capital and managerial cognition, play a mediating role in the relationship between DL, consisting of proactiveness and routine, and firm performance. The data in this study were obtained through a survey from 204 SMEs in China and were analyzed by structural equation modeling to generate results. We found that while successfully utilizing intangible/operant resources that are characterized as firm dynamic capabilities, SMEs can achieve superior performance and competitive advantage. Our results support the proposed hypotheses that show the importance and significance of DL and DMCs in order to attain higher level of performance. The concept of DL and its impact on SME's performance has been less researched in general, particularly in China. Limited research is available regarding intangible resources and their impact on SME performance in China.
