This article presents the theoretical and empirical study of youth activity in the virtual world. Theoretical issues of media pedagogy regarding youth participation in cyberspace were presented. A qualitative study was conducted using a case study method of young people showing excessive activity in the virtual world. A qualitative analysis of research results was carried out, which was presented in the methodological part of the article.
The article focuses on the issue of the possibility of using cyberspace resources in education based on connectiv-ism. The practical application of tools available in cyberspace to implement the flipped teaching method is pre-sented. The games, educational programs and applications containing elements of gamification available in cyber-space are characterized. The issues raised in the article can be an inspiration and information for teachers, en-riching their didactic workshop in the educational process.
The publication relates to dysfunctional use of the digital space by the youth. It refers to the latest theories explaining the reasons of addictions to e-activities. It includes up-to-date review of the research on their access to the modern digital media and use of their functions. The authors present their own research performed on a group of young adults relating to the relationship between their style of coping with stress and addiction to the multimedia. The following issues have been presented in the publication: 1. Selected theories of risk of development of addictions to e-activities. 2. State of research on the issue of addictions to social networking platforms. 3. Pedagogic implications of addiction of the youth to e-activities. 4. Styles of young adults being addicted to the multimedia of coping with stress in the light of own research.
"Die Wohnungsversorgung in der VR Polen ist durchgängig von einem Mangel an Wohnraum bestimmt gewesen. Ursachen hierfür sind ein niedriger Ausgangsbestand (niedriger Urbanisierungsgrad, Kriegszerstörungen, Verschiebung des Staatsgebietes nach Westen) und eine starke Nachfrageentwicklung (rasche Industrialisierung, höchste Geburtenrate in Europa, Wanderungen von ländlichen Gebieten in Städte). Die Nachkriegsentwicklung ist von vier Phasen mit unterschiedlichen wohnungspolitischen Schwerpunkten gekennzeichnet: 1) Die Beseitigung unmittelbarer Kriegsfolgen; 2) der Ausbau und die Neugründung von Städten aufgrund rascher Industrialisierung; 3) ein Rückzug des Staates und der Gebietskörperschaften als Träger des Wohnungsbaus zugunsten von Genossenschaften und 4) eine Umstellung der Finanzierung des Wohnungsbaus und der -modernisierung auf kostendeckende Mieten. Diese Phasen spiegeln sich in den Fertigstellungen und dem Bestand nach Bauträgern auf Landesebene und in der Hauptstadt wider. Am Beispiel Warschau wird die Wohnungsversorgung näher analysiert. Dabei wird die Bevölkerungsentwicklung (Einwohner und Haushalte) den Wohnraumfertigstellungen und dem -bestand gegenübergestellt. Es wird deutlich, daß sich seit Mitte der 70er Jahre die Wirtschaftskrise in der VR Polen in einer sich verschlechternden Wohnraumversorgung (insbesondere nach der Zahl der Wohnungen) in der Hauptstadt bemerkbar macht. Die quantitative Verschlechterung wird begleitet von erheblichen Einschränkungen der Wohnfolgeeinrichtungen in den Neubaugebieten. Neben den Problemen der Finanzierung der benötigten Fertigstellungen tritt als weiterer Kostenfaktor der Wohnungswirtschaft die Instandsetzung und -haltung des Wohnungsbestandes auf." (Autorenreferat)
