In: http://riull.ull.es/xmlui/handle/915/22881
; In this document, I'll be doing a tour over the different regulations that we have in Europe on the free movement of workers in the European Union. What means for an European citizen the need to go to another country and make a way of living in a Member State of the EU. In order to that, I have done a review of how this matter affect directly to the people who exercise their right to move around Europe looking for a job. To do it, I did a review of a tool that we have the right to use, as European citizens, called EURES, the European Job Mobility Portal. I've determined that this portal acts like a bridge of communication between the people and the national employment services of the Member States of the EU. This portal collects and reunites matters related to the cost of living and work conditions, opportunities, rights and obligations, the different responsibilities for employers and employees, etc. Most of the information that somebody can need, is provided by the portal by his own, but, the EURES institution has EURES advisers who can provide a more personal service and give information adapted to each case. They are located all over Europe in different provinces of the Member States. Also, I've made an approach to the challenge of designing and formulation of this portal, having in consideration all the complex matters that merge in to this topic as, social class, culture, equal opportunities, Social Security Systems, etc.
