Alejandro Lübbert congratulates Fernando Torreblanca on his confirmation as Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs and inquires if he will continue working in the consular service, or if his resignation due to the change of administration was accepted. He also reminded Torreblanca to talk to the Secretary of Foreign Affairs about the "Workers insurance", which in his opinion will benefit workers and the government. Manifesto without a signature, sent out from Havana, Cuba and titled "Patriotic Union of Mexico", which predicts that the Mexican Government will soon fall because it is weak. It also invites all Mexicans, without distinction, to join the Patriotic Union of Mexico, an organization which proposes the consolidation of a national government that respects the rights of everyone. He expresses to him concern about his health status. He also informs Mr. Torreblanca of the changes in the administration resulting in the appointment of Gen. Cárdenas to the Secretariat of War and Aarón Sáenz as Head of Government of Mexico City. Fernando Torreblanca sends his condolences to Arturo Rendón for the dead of his brother Dr. Víctor Rendón. / Arturo Rendón le envía a Fernando Torreblanca una carta de presentación para Georges Dutard quien es un comisionista eficaz que radica en París, por si necesita sus servicios. "Juan Angel Morales, of Matehuala, San Luís Potosí, sends a copy of a letter to the Pro-Serrano Committee in which he asks Fernando Torreblanca for a speech given by Gen. Alvaro Obregón in that city during his first political campaign, commenting on a conversation he had with Gen. Obregón in which he asked the General not to become corrupt and allow others to govern after him. After that, Gen. Obregón gave a speech denouncing the Yedra's Men, who, once they became powerful, could not let that power go. Reply thanking him for the letter showing Gen.
