Resumen La Estrategia europea del patrimonio cultural para el siglo XXI, afirma en el proceso de evaluación que: "En todo su esplendor y diversidad, el patrimonio cultural puede ayudar a los ciudadanos europeos a mirar más allá de sus características especificativas nacionales, regionales o locales y a forjar y desarrollar un sentimiento de pertenencia e historia, en consonancia con los valores europeos fundamentales del humanismo y la democracia." Por lo tanto, la tutela del patrimonio es esencial para la cultura europea. La Catedral de Santa María de la Huerta es uno de los monumentos católicos más destacable de Aragón. El proyecto cultural, que planteamos, se divide en cuatro capítulos. Primeramente, se presenta al grupo gestor y se explica cómo se ha desarrollado, después de realizar un profundo análisis del entorno. En el segundo apartado se define los objetivos del mismo y se plantean, una serie de actividades. Planteamos que la participación en dichas actividades, desde una óptica cultural o turística, fomentará la futura restauración de la Catedral. Además, hay que destacar, que las actividades propuestas, con el fin de fomentar el turismo cultural son rentables, en sí mismas. El desarrollo del proyecto, es el apartado más detallado, ya que describe escrupulosamente, el cronograma y la estrategia de comunicación prevista. Por último, se analiza el presupuesto de la empresa que propone en este proyecto. En la última parte, se profundiza en su posible implementación, desde un punto de vista empresarial. El presente proyecto se trata de un trabajo multidisciplinar, basado en Historia del Arte, Arqueología, Humanidades y diversas disciplinas relacionadas con la tutela patrimonial. Mediante la investigación de campo y el análisis de datos, intentaríamos conseguir un modelo sostenible de gestión del patrimonio cultural que ayude a la Catedral a cumplir su importante misión de asumir y transmitir su valor patrimonial. Palabras clave: La Catedral de Santa María de la Huerta, Aragón, turismo cultural, gestión del patrimonio cultural Resume The European Cultural Heritage Strategy for the 21st century states in the evaluation process that: "In all its splendour and diversity, cultural heritage can help the citizens of Europe to look beyond their specific national, regional or local features and forge and develop a feeling of shared belonging and history, in line with the fundamental European values of humanism and democracy." Therefore, the heritage protection is essential for European culture. Tarazona Cathedral is the most impressive Catholic monument in Aragon. The cultural project is divided into four chapters, in the first part it introduces the management team and the operating purpose, preforming in-depth background analysis. In the second part, it defines the specific objectives and then a series of cultural activities. We are confident that the activity above-mentioned can be a rich source of our cultural and touristic income, that will perceptibly promote the future restoration of the Cathedral. In addition, these profitable activities will spread the local tourism culture. The production of the project is the most detailed section, not only clarify the work schedule but also explain the communication strategy, analyzing the budgets of the company leading this project. In the last part, it describes an evaluation of the business performance. The whole project combines multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge such as History of Art, Archaeology, Humanities and others disciplines related to heritage protection. Through field investigation and data analysis, we intend to achieve a sustainable management model of cultural heritage, helping the Cathedral to shoulder the important mission of carrying forward and transmitting its heritage value.
