The relationship between various ethnic groups in a pluralistic society is quite parallel with how two or more ethnicities relate in societies compare to where the ethnic groups are two or three. The idea of avoiding conflicts, and tying unity, harmony and peace may be hard to sense. Scholars of Sociology have identified some factors to which multiethnic environment would be peaceful and livable, raising the topic that concerns inter-ethnic relation to align with the concept of culture, social identity, economic political and issues. These terms all have their particular influences on how multiethnic society would be, either a land of peace or its opposite. This study precisely analyzes and lays description to what factors relatively have influence towards the relationship of many ethnic groups in a multiethnic society. The paper studies the fact that culture may have its role on how many ethnic groups live in a single society, while social identity political as well as economic factors matter in formation of inter-ethnic relations in a pluralistic society.

The article deals with the analysis of social justice as a universal value that determines the evaluation of social practices in all the spheres of social life. But the study of such an evaluation of society in the sphere of interethnic relations is faced with a number of theoretical problems. The authors show that when evaluating interethnic relations in accordance with the criterion of social justice, due to the ambiguous interpretation of their meaning, it is necessary to rely on an interdisciplinary approach. An important area of this analysis is the correlation of the theoretical understanding of ethnicity and the practice of state building in the context of the cultural diversity of the population. Two strategies for achieving social justice in the sphere of interethnic relations are shown: the building of the SU ethno-nations and the building of the RF nation with securing civil rights in the sphere of the implementation of ethno-cultural identity and providing conditions for the development of ethno-cultural diversity.

The impact of ethnic relations on the democratization process in Estonia is examined. Population changes during Estonia's Soviet period resulted in a rapid increase in non-Estonian population & increasing ethnic diversity. Native Estonians often viewed these new arrivals as colonizers or immigrant workers, while the new arrivals viewed themselves as merely migrants from another region of the nation. Over the past five decades, the definition of ethnic minority in Estonia has become blurred & carries the potential to impede the country's democratization process. Russians are the biggest ethnic minority group in Estonia today, but only 40% of these view themselves as an Estonia ethnic minority & many, particularly in those regions where Russians are a local majority, have strong feelings of Russian nationalism. The social integration of Russians & the possibility of achieving a democratic balance between Estonians & non-Estonians are discussed. 9 Tables, 1 Appendix. D. Generoli
