HE ANALYZES THE IMPACT OF PRIVATIZATION AND ONE OF ITS MAJOR EFFECTS, DECENTRALIZATION, ON THE ADJUSTMENT OF PRODUCTION IN DEFENSE COMPANIES. HE ALSO EXPLORES THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PRIVATIZATION AND DECENTRALIZATION IN THE RUSSIAN DEFENSE SECTOR.
