This book deals with the success, failures and future prospects of the Structural Adjustment Programmes (SAPs) in Tanzania. It assesses the performance of the economic reform programme in the main sectors of the economy, i.e. agriculture, industry and trade, public and private sector, transport, finance, social sectors and the environment. The book is an outcome of a workshop held in Dar es Salaam/Tanzania in August 1995. (DÜI-Hff)

In the present study mediating role of green training between corporate social responsibility practices including Legal CSR and Ethical CSR and employee engagement as well as green training in textile industry of Sindh, Pakistan. The data collected from the textile industry of Sindh, Pakistan. Printed versions of the form are given to workers in textile companies in Sindh, Pakistan, including Hyderabad and Karachi. At first, formal approval was asked for from the HR department in question. Once the proper authority granted it, an official meeting was set up. [1]Out of the 230 written surveys given to employees, only 200 were used for the necessary research purpose because some needed to include data. Structural equation modeling via SmartPLS software was used to test the hypotheses. Findings of this study confirmed that the all-direct hypotheses such as legal CSR and ethical CSR has positive and significant impact on green training and employee engagement in textile industry of Sindh, Pakistan. In addition to this, present study also confirmed partial mediation effect of green training between corporate social responsibility practices including Legal CSR and Ethical CSR and employee engagement in textile industry of Sindh, Pakistan. The research on CSR practices and employee engagement in Sindh, Pakistan's textile sector, using green training as a mediator, has substantial management implications. Sindh's textile companies should prioritize and participate in CSR. Local social and environmental issues should guide these approaches. Organizations may improve their image and recruit and keep skilled, purpose-driven workers by exhibiting social responsibility.

Particleboard is a commonly used material in the construction of furniture. It is an engineered wood product made from wood particles, such as wood chips, sawmill shavings, or sawdust, combined with a resin binder and compressed into sheets. The advantages of using this material are its uniformity, stability, and affordable price. Some performance must be tested to ensure its quality and strength properties so that it can be used as a built-in material. This study evaluated deflection performance based on the different thicknesses and sizes. The objective of this study was to determine the deflection properties over time. The deflective capabilities of particleboard with 16, 18 and 25 mm thicknesses and sizes of 400 × 384, 560 × 350, 760 × 330, 800 × 380 and 910 × 390 mm were investigated in three weeks. Remarkably, the particleboard with a 25 mm thickness exhibited markedly diminished deflection two to three times lower than that of 18 mm and 16 mm thickness, thereby showcasing its superior strength when subjected to various loads. Conversely, utilizing longer spans resulted in noteworthy deflection increments, implying that extended spans tend to manifest increased deflection as time progresses. These observations indicate that a thicker and shorter particleboard is well-suited for use as a building material, given its lower deflection over time. In conclusion, this study elucidates the intricate relationship between particleboard characteristics and deflection behavior, providing valuable guidance for selecting suitable particleboards based on load requirements and structural considerations.

Abstract
The emergence of large language models (LLMs) has sparked considerable interest in their potential application in psychological research, mainly as a model of the human psyche or as a general text-analysis tool. However, the trend of using LLMs without sufficient attention to their limitations and risks, which we rhetorically refer to as "GPTology", can be detrimental given the easy access to models such as ChatGPT. Beyond existing general guidelines, we investigate the current limitations, ethical implications, and potential of LLMs specifically for psychological research, and show their concrete impact in various empirical studies. Our results highlight the importance of recognizing global psychological diversity, cautioning against treating LLMs (especially in zero-shot settings) as universal solutions for text analysis, and developing transparent, open methods to address LLMs' opaque nature for reliable, reproducible, and robust inference from AI-generated data. Acknowledging LLMs' utility for task automation, such as text annotation, or to expand our understanding of human psychology, we argue for diversifying human samples and expanding psychology's methodological toolbox to promote an inclusive, generalizable science, countering homogenization, and over-reliance on LLMs.

In this paper, we are introducing very first time the class of ψ − (α, β, γ, δ)−convex function in mixed kind, which is the generalization of many classes of convex functions. We would like to state well-known Ostrowski inequality via Montgomery identity for ψ−(α, β, γ, δ)−convex function in mixed kind. In addition, we establish some Ostrowski type inequalities for the class of functions whose derivatives in absolute values at certain powers are ψ − (α, β, γ, δ)-convex functions in mixed kind by using different techniques including Hölder's inequality and power mean inequality. Also, various established results would be captured as special cases. Moreover, some applications in terms of special means would also be given.
Keywords: Ostrowski inequality, Montgomery identity, convex functions, special means.
