Improvement of the system of access to public information in the field of state control

Abstract

In order to optimize the system of transparency and access to public information in Ukraine on the basis of improving and strengthening the system of access to public information, the article analyzes the approaches to the implementation of the mechanism of state influence on local governments, aimed at improving the implementation of measures the right of citizens to apply to executive bodies and local self-government bodies, which will allow central authorities to take into account functional links between management components, ensure rational use of available resources, analyze work and minimize risks, and increase efficiency of local self-government interaction with citizens.
