El sentir y pensar de mujeres indígenas yanakunas en la construcción de paz en Colombia ; The feeling and thinking of indigenous yanakuna women in the construction of peace in Colombia

Abstract

Esta ponencia quiere dar cuenta de la forma cómo en Colombia las mujeres indígenas vienen contribuyendo a la construcción de la paz y los retos que se tienen frente a la implementación de los Acuerdos de Paz establecidos entre la Guerrilla de las FARC y el Gobierno colombiano. Se busca problematizar tres asuntos que resultan de profunda preocupación: i) el modo como han sido consideradas, valoradas y reconocidas las demandas del movimiento indígena colombiano, ii) el desconocimiento de los retos en la participación de las mujeres indígenas y iii) el poco diálogo –teórico- entre las perspectivas de paz y el campo de las políticas públicas. La reflexión que aquí se expone es resultado del trabajo de investigación de una tesis doctoral desarrollada, en términos metodológicos desde la IAP, a partir de la participación activa y el diálogo plural que recupera el lugar de la enunciación de mujeres indígenas yanakunas que han liderado procesos de toma de decisión en el campo de las políticas públicas, toda vez que sus narraciones e historias no solo dan cuenta de su empoderamiento y sus diversas formas de participación, sino también de sus posturas en relación con los compromisos y retos históricos de carácter político, económico y social que enfrenta el país en el contexto actual. ; This presentation wants to show the way in which indigenous women have contributed to the construction of peace and the challenges that have to the implementation of the Peace Agreements established between the FARC guerrilla and the Colombian government. The intention is to problematize three issues that are of deep concern: (i) the way in which they have been considered, valued and recognized the demands of the Colombian indigenous movement; (ii) the social insensitivity of the challenges in the participation of indigenous women; and (iii) the little theoretical dialogue between the peace perspectives and the field of public policies. This reflection is the result of the research work of a doctoral thesis developed, in methodological terms from the IAP, based on the active participation and the plural dialogue that recovers the place of the enunciation of indigenous women yanakunas that, have led decision-making processes in the field of public policies, therefore their narratives and stories not just refer for their empowerment and their diverse participation forms, but also of their position in relation to the commitments and challenges historical and of political, of political, economic and social character facing the country in the current context.
