ИСПОЛНЕНИЕ НАКАЗАНИЯ В ВИДЕ ШТРАФА В РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ: ПРОБЛЕМЫ И ВОЗМОЖНЫЕ ПУТИ ИХ РЕШЕНИЯ

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с законодательным регулированием наказания в виде штрафа по УК РФ. В работе анализируются проблемы, связанные с исполнением штрафа. На основе изучения законодательства РФ об исполнительном производстве и практики его применения, автор делает вывод о том, что штраф в РФ исполняется лишь в части. В работе предлагаются возможные пути решения данной проблемы. ; In the article consider questions related to legislative regulation of punishment in the form of a penalty in the criminal code of the Russian Federation. The work analyzes the problems, connected with the execution of the penalty. On the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation on execution procedure and the practice of its application, the author makes a conclusion about the fact that the penalty in the Russian Federation is executed only in part. The paper proposes a possible ways of the decision of problem.
