In the rapid development of science and technology, people are encouraged to use computers. Computers are one of the human tools used for data processing, both in government agencies, education, health, private and other businesses. Currently information is needed, with the need for information, a data processing system using a computer is applied to make it easier for users to perform computerized data processing. The existence of Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu) in Indonesia is now almost evenly distributed to the village level and even RT / RW. This proves that the role and care of the community in health services is very important, and is not only the responsibility of the government.
AbstractE-Government services nowadays must make it easier for the public. Request for E-Government services that can be done anywhere at any time is an innovation that can shorten service time and can reduce queues at government offices. This service model uses ICT (Information Communication Technology) media which has high flexibility. An example is Mobile platforms. A type of mobile application that popular and widely used by the public is Chat Apps or Instant Messaging. This type of mobile application has an easy way to use and a user friendly for everyone. Almost all smartphone users also use Instant Messaging. Telegram Instant Messaging as a mobile application of this type was chosen because it has a Bot API or Bot Engine feature that is open license and can be easily integrated with other system. Based on these advantages, the concept of the ease of people sending messages (chatting) with this type of application is integrated with the concept of E-Government services to improve the quality of E-Government services. The method used in developing this system is Research & Development with adjustments to location conditions. This research produces a Telegram BOT-based service feature that can simplify and shorten the people when using E-Government services so it can be improve government performance in the context of services to the peopleKeywords : E-Government, Bot Engine, Telegram, WebhookLayanan E-Government saat ini harus semakin memudahkan masyarakat. Request layanan E-Government yang dapat dilakukan dimana saja kapan saja merupakan sebuah inovasi yang dapat mempersingkat waktu layanan serta dapat mengurangi antrian pada kantor pemerintahan. Model layanan tersebut menggunakan media ICT (Information Communication Technology) yang memiliki flexibilitas yang tinggi. Salah satu contohnya adalah platform Mobile. Aplikasi mobile jenis ini memiliki cara penggunaan yang mudah serta tampilan yang user friendly bagi semua orang. Hampir seluruh pengguna smartphone juga menggunakan Instant Messaging. Instant Messaging Telegram sebagai aplikasi mobile jenis ini dipilih dikarenakan memiliki fitur Bot API atau Bot Engine yang bersifat open licence serta dapat dengan mudah diintegrasikan dengan sistem lainnya. Berdasarkan keunggulan inilah maka konsep kemudahan orang dalam melakukan pengiriman pesan (chatting) dengan aplikasi jenis ini diintegrasikan dengan konsep layanan E-Government untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan E-Government. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah Research & Development dengan penyesuaian kondisi dilapangan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah fitur layanan berbasis BOT Telegram yang dapat mempermudah dan mempersingkat masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan layanan E-Government sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemerintahan dalam rangka layanan kepada masyarakat.Kata Kunci : E-Government, Bot Engine, Telegram, Webhook
In order to realize the population welfare program, the Sumbermulyo village government, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency, East Java Province made efforts to overcome various poverty cases that occurred in the Sumbermulyo village community. One of them is applying for DKTS (Social Welfare Integrated Data) assistance for the poor to the Social Service. The amount of wealth owned is a benchmark in determining whether to receive government assistance. People who are at a minimum level of wealth will be included in the category of underprivileged people and can apply for DKTS to the local government. The DKTS submission process is carried out starting from collecting data on the poor by the survey officer then the survey officer comes to the poor community to validate the data using the android application. The system development is built with integrated website and android technology to facilitate data processing. The system integration process uses an Application Programming Interface (API) that connects applications with one another across platforms. The application of the API will make it easier for the system to access data so that it does not take long to obtain data information.
The lack of effectiveness occurred in the conventional management of the earth and building taxes in Sumbermulyo village, Jogoroto sub-district, Jombang, Jawa Timur. The process of tax management each year depends on both the strategy and the mechanism used by each village. Tax management of the earth and such buildings should be effective and efficient, as this activity is repeatedly on each year and is a financial concern. The tax management is done by the village officer, which means each village officer has a duty to make records, collections, and tax reporting management. Based on these conditions, it need to provide the information systems that could help village's governments level better in managing land and building taxes also the transparency of tax information to the public. The following research will explain how a website-based tax payable management information system is built. The method that used in making information system is waterfall method. In the system testing using the black box method. The study will produce an e-government information system so, it will make the village officer easier to manage taxes and minimise the leakage of tax payment. The built of information system has several items such as SPPT's data, cancellation and payment.
Basically every institution or a university must have an activity, from each activity also has its own field - which is organized as an organization. Each activity also has a flow system of submission and reporting activities that are in the 1 highest field. Neither in a Universiatas or a Higher Education must also have activities where in every activity is under the Student Affairs. One of the fields in the University is the Student Executive Board (BEM), this field has the duty to run activities of the University that has been agreed upon rakorgram, this field can be regarded as a government agency of the University and for the field that oversees the submission of programs or activities is the Council Student Representative (DPM). In every activity has a working system which will have activity submission and activity reporting from that activity will be reported to student affairs. So far, the system of filing and reporting activities are still printing or can still be said to be manual. A systematic or computerized management system is required in this activity to reduce the collection of files by paper or manual.
