The leader of the Likud Party in Israel, Ariel Sharon, had made a contentious visit to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem on September 28, 2000. Such an unprecedented move immediately gave rise to the outbreak of the second intifada, in which the President of Palestinian Authority, Yasser Arafat, unleashed Palestinian militias as a defensive response to Sharon's inconsiderate behave. The second intifada not only triggered a great hostility and intensive debate among Jerusalem, but also revealed a series of reasons contributing to increasingly descend in mutual suspicion, discontent, and conflicts. The researcher used secondary resources, such as articles, media, and books, to examine explanations of the failure to unite Israel and Palestine, which were divided into the failure of the past attempts, and negotiations giving endless space for governors to enact self-centred policies continued illegal military occupation over Palestinian territory, and conventional as well as obstinate demanding and belief in Jerusalem. However, this political and ethical struggle also helped to appeal to combined emotion of indignation and worry from younger generations to their domestic respondents, as well as inferred the danger and urgency to have a third-party helping to detail an effective and explicit resolution to reverse the status quo.

We applied the motivated information processing in group (MIP-G) model to examine the relationship between team learning orientation and team performance by conducting a field study of 226 employees in 35 teams. The results showed that team learning orientation was positively related
to team performance, and that team task reflexivity played a partially mediating role in this relationship. Further, team leader–member exchange differentiation strengthened the positive effect of team learning orientation on team task reflexivity, which, in turn, strengthened the indirect
effect of team learning orientation on team performance via the mediator of team task reflexivity. From a theoretical standpoint, we have extended the literature on team-level performance, and from a practical perspective, our results have implications for the management of teams.

During the global pandemic, lockdown policies aimed at curbing the spread of COVID-19 have been affecting all demographics. Although they may be continuing their studies online, university students may suffer severe mental consequences because of loneliness and social isolation. To
help students improve their psychological well-being, we examined the effectiveness of a web-based positive psychology intervention (PPI) with 886 students who either took part in PPI sessions or received health reminders. Results show that the PPI sessions (vs. regular health reminders) significantly
improved positive mood and mitigated negative emotions among the students. The positive effect of the intervention also remained consistent at both 3and 6-month follow-ups. These findings indicate that PPI should be embraced at universities to boost college students' psychological state.

Countries worldwide are making efforts to achieve health equity. China focuses on the implementation of the policy goal of "improving the primary level" to eliminate the health equity gap. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the healthcare reforms at the primary level in China and to analyze the key factors that can help to improve their effectiveness. From the perspectives of the policy attention mechanism and public policy analysis, this study will explore primary care reforms from policy formulation to policy implementation on the basis of grounded theory and empirical research on primary care reforms in Shenzhen, China, that was conducted from 2018 to 2019. The present study found that the government pays close attention to the medical level and service level of primary care services at the policy formulation phase but less attention to talent level and information sharing. At the same time, this study combined with empirical data from primary care centers in Shenzhen for the period covering 2018 to 2019 evaluates policy implementation and its effect. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the medical level, talent level, service level, and information sharing helped to develop primary care services and improved health equity. Nevertheless, this study reflects a deviation between policy formulation and policy implementation for the development of primary care policies. Empirical experience shows that the development of talent level and information sharing can significantly promote primary care services and health management. Therefore, this study implies that in the process of promoting the health equity at the primary level, more attention should be paid to the consistency between policy formulation and policy implementation. Additionally, the policy promotion and influence mechanism can be improved, particularly in terms of talent development and information sharing, in order to effectively promote the development of health equity at the primary level.

Objective Lower-limb exoskeleton systems are defined as gait training or walking-assisting devices for spinal cord injury or hemiplegic patients. Crutches, straps, and baffles are designed to protect subjects from falling. However, skin abrasions occur when the interaction forces are too large. In this study, the interaction forces between the human body and an exoskeleton system named the AIDER were measured to confirm whether the design was ergonomic. Background The AIDER system is a wearable lower-limb exoskeleton. It secures a subject by binding on the waist, thighs, shanks, and feet. Method Eight healthy subjects participated in the study. The interaction forces of the waist strap, thigh baffles, shank baffles, and crutch handles were measured by pressure sensors. Ten repetitions were completed in this study. After one repetition, custom comfort questionnaires were completed by the subjects. Results Although a few of the peak values of the maximum intensities of pressure between the hands and crutch handles reached the minimum value of the pain–pressure threshold (PPT), the average pressure intensities were much smaller than the PPT value. Conclusions The results indicated that the mechanical structure and control strategy of the AIDER must be improved to be more ergonomic in the future.
