E-govt dapat didefinisikan sebagai pemanfaatan teknologi infomasi dan komunikasi dan internet yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk mentransformasi hubungan dengan warga negara, para pebisnis, dan lembaga pemerintah yang lain. Di zaman yang serba digital saat ini teknologi sudah menjadi kebutuhan hampir disetiap sendi kehidupan manusia, untuk mempermudah interaksi satu dengan yang lain baik sektor swasta maupun pemerintah. Untuk itu perlu dikembangkan e-government khususnya di organisasi pemerintah untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat dan sektor swasta untuk mengakses layanan pemerintah dengan layanan yang terintegrasi, efektif dan efisien di mana saja, kapan saja dan dalam bentuk yang nyaman melalui penggunaan internet dan saluran lain seperti ponsel, dan lain sebagainya. Kementerian Hukum Dan HAM mempunyai unit layanan publik yaitu keimigrasian, pelayanan jasa hukum, dan kekayaan intelektual tentunya dituntut untuk memberikan layanan yang optimal kepada masyarakat. Implementasi e-government, terkait pelayanan dan penyebaran informasi publik di Kementerian Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Manusia sudah baik dan dalam kategori sedang, dan masih perlu dilakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan. Kementerian Hukum Dan HAM dalam pelaksanaan e-government memenuhi tahap pertama yaitu information publishing dan kedua "official" two-way transactions berdasarkan kerangka Deloitte & Touche dan dari sektor Governtment to Citizen (G2C) masuk dalam kategori yaitu e-governance, e-service, and e-knowledge.AbstractE-govt can be defined as the utilization of information and communication technologies and internet that has ability to transform relations with citizens, businesses, and other government agencies. The Ministry of Law and Human Rights has units of public services such as immigration, legal services, and intellectual property iscertainly demanded to provide optimal service to community by using information and communication technology (e-govt).Its Implementation of e-government is in the medium category, but still needs to be improved and increased. The Ministry of Law and Human Rights meets the first stage is information publishing and the second "official" two-way transactions based on the framework of Deloitte & Touche and the sector government to Citizen (G2C) fall into the category that is e-governance, e-service, and e-knowledge.

Abstract. Vertical urban development (VUD) flourishes in various cities that pursue the vision of a compact and sustainable urban development. The implementations of VUD have yielded positive impacts for both the government and the public by reducing the transport cost for residents and increasing accessibility. Despite implementation of VUD offering various advantages in urban planning, the majority of past urban models represent urban growth as an expansive type of development. Hence, the implementation of VUD in urban modelling has not been explored. This study aimed to investigate the influence of VUD on the movement of residents by differentiating building height. Using an agent-based modelling approach on a synthetic case study, the simulation results revealed a reduced level of agents' movement on non-built up land while an increased movement was observed around and within built-up land. The preliminary findings of this research reveal the quantitative impact of VUD on resident movement.Keywords. Agent-based model, transit-oriented development, vertical development.Abstrak. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 36 of 2014, Health Service is any effort or activity that is carried out in an integrated, integrated and sustainable manner to maintain and improve the health status of the community in the form of disease prevention, health improvement, disease treatment, and health restoration by the government and or the community. Health services are a sub-system of health services whose main purpose is preventive (prevention) and promotive (health improvement) services with community targets. This type of research is a quantitative research that is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design which aims to determine the relationship between nursing services and BPJS patient satisfaction inpatients at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital which was observed at the same time. The population of this study were all outpatients, determined using a total sampling of 35 people. The data were processed using the chi square test at a 95% confidence level (α = 5%). The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between nursing service on tangible dimensions (0.321> 05), empathy (0.130> 0.05), and responsiveness (0.526> 0.05), while reliability (0.652> 0.05). assurance (0.530>0.50)). With patient satisfactio bpjs patient satisfaction is inpatient at grandmed Lubuk Pakam hospital. The conclusion in this study is that there is no relationship between nursing service end satisfaction of inpatient BPJS Patients at grandmed Lubuk Pakam hospital.

The government of Kudus Regency plays a central role to determine a policy in the provision of sports facilities (Sport Centre) to meet the lack of infrastructure and to support the achievements of the sports in Kudus. This study employed a qualitative approach with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation model. The subjects of this study were the Regional Government of Kudus Regency, the Education, Youth, and Sports Service of Kudus Regency, the Chairperson of KONI, Trainers, and Sports Instructors. They were chosen to produce a reliable or trustworthy picture of the government policy in the provision of sports facilities in Kudus Regency. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data triangulation was applied as a technique to analyze the data. It consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Findings 1) Context Evaluation, the aim of the Policy and Development Priorities to meet the lack of infrastructure, to support sports achievement, and to build public facilities is mainly for sports achievements, educational sports, and recreational sports, 2) Input Evaluation, the policy must be research-based and future-oriented with the principle of achieving the goals to increase achievements and sports culture as well as to increase the Original Local Government Revenue, 3) Process Evaluation, the implementation of the development is carried out through stages and mechanisms guided by priority scale based on the list of budget usage of each year, 4) Product Evaluation, standardization of the venues which are built following the national standards. Volleyball is one of the most popular team sports in the world, characterized by explosive movement, fast and nimble position, jumping and blocking. Coaching a club is very important to achieve goals,namely achievement. Thus, it became the background for the researcher researched volleyball clubs in Cilacap Regency. This research used a qualitative approach namely problem discussed which was aimed to describe or show situations based on a complex order, a holistic picture, data collection technique s using observation, interview, and documentation. The object of this research was Pelindo Cilacap, men's and women's Imigrasi Volleyball Club, Bea Cukai Volleyball Club, men's and women's Pertamina Volleyball Club, men's and women's Holcim Volleyball Club, Polres Volleyball Club, and Pemda Volleyball Club.The results of the research conducted on coaching volleyball clubs in Cilacap Regency, they are: 5 men's Volleyball clubs (Pelindo, Imigrasi, Bea Cukai, Pertamina and Holcim men's club). Then, 5 women's Volleyball clubs namely, Pertamina, Holcim, Pemda, Polres, and Imigrasi. However, there are only 2 clubs, that are still active in the formation of players, namely, men's and women's Pertamina volleyball clubs and then men's and women's Holcim volleyball clubs. Coaching is focused on the city while the Cilacap area is wide, and distance has a huge influence, the need for structured coaching for junior athletes. Facilities and infrastructure owned by the club in the form of outdoor grass and sandy fields, do not yet have an indoor field. The indoor court of Cilacap Regency government is not used by the clubs for volleyball training. Additionally, the condition of Wijayakusuma's Hall is also inadequate in terms of stands and lighting.

Part 5: Smart Solutions for the Future ; International audience ; Organizations are looking for ways to gain advantage of big and open linked data (BOLD) by employing statistics, however, how these benefits can be created is often unclear. A reference architecture (RA) can capitalize experiences and facilitate the gaining of the benefits, but might encounter challenges when trying to gain the benefits of BOLD. The objective of the research to evaluate the benefits and challenges of building IT systems using a RA. We do this by investigating cases of the utilization of a RA for Linked Open Statistical Data (LOSD). Benefits of using the reference architecture include reducing project complexity, avoiding having to "reinvent the wheel", easing the analysis of a (complex) system, preserving knowledge (e.g. proven concepts and practices), mitigating multiple risks by reusing proven building blocks, and providing users a common understanding. Challenges encountered include the need for communication and learning the ins and outs of the RA, missing features, inflexibility to add new instances as well as integrating the RA with existing implementations, and the need for support for the RA from other stakeholders.
