sustavnosti i uklopljenosti u hrvatski jezični sustav.
Do danas
fiziologije, oftalmologije, farmakologije i stomatologije).
dvojbe stručnjacima, laicima i prevoditeljima.
medicinskome jeziku. Ovo korpusno istraživanje ponudit će rješenja za terminološke dvojbe i kolebanja zabilježena u medicinskoj
publicistici i komunikaciji.
Compliance with the surviving sepsis campaign bundle: A multicenter study from Turkey
Objectives Sepsis bundle compliance is not clear. We evaluated rates of compliance with sepsis bundle protocols among health care providers in Turkey. Methods Our study was carried out retrospectively. Forty-five intensive care units (ICU) participated in this study between March 2, 2018 and October 1, 2018. Results One hundred thirty-eight ICUs were contacted and 45 ICUs agreed to participate. The time taken for the diagnosis of sepsis was less than six hours in 384 (59.8%) patients, while if was more than six hours in 258 (40.2%) patients. The median linterquartile range (1QR)1 times for initial antibiotic administration, culturing, vasopressor initiation, and second lactate measurement were 120.0 (60-300) minutes, 24 (12-240) minutes, 40 (20-60) minutes, and 24 (18-24) hours, respectively. The rale of compliance with tissue and organ perfusion follow-up in the first six hours was 0%. The rates of three- and six-hour sepsis bundle protocol compliance were both 0%. The ICU mortality rates for sepsis and septic shock were 22% and 78%, respectively. The ICU mortality rates for sepsis and septic shock were 22% and 78%, respectively. Conclusions The rate of compliance with sepsis bundle protocols was evaluated in Turkey for the first time and determined to be 0%.

Controlled growth mechanism of poly (3-hexylthiophene) nanowires
WOS: 000386132600003 ; PubMed ID: 27727143 ; Synthesis of 1D-polymer nanowires by a self-assembly method using marginal solvents is an attractive technique. While the formation mechanism is poorly understood, this method is essential in order to control the growth of nanowires. Here we visualized the time-dependent assembly of poly (3-hexyl-thiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT) nanowires by atomic force microscopy and scanning tunneling microscopy. The assembly of P3HT nanowires was carried out at room temperature by mixing cyclohexanone (CHN), as a poor solvent, with polymer solution in 1,2-dichlorobenzene (DCB). Both pi-pi stacking and planarization, obtained at the mix volume ratio of P3HT (in DCB):CHN (10:7), were considered during the investigation. We find that the length of nanowires was determined by the ordering of polymers in the polymer repetition direction. Additionally, our density functional theory calculations revealed that the presence of DCB and CHN molecules that stabilize the structural distortions due to tail group of polymers was essential for the core-wire formation. ; Flemish Science Foundation (FWO-Vl)FWO; Methusalem foundation of the Flemish government; Hercules Foundation; FWO Pegasus-Long Marie Curie Fellowship; TUBITAKTurkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Arastirma Kurumu (TUBITAK) [114F397]; Scientific Research Project Fund of Ege University [12GEE011] ; This work was supported by the Flemish Science Foundation (FWO-Vl) and the Methusalem foundation of the Flemish government.
