Objective: To discuss the pedagogical training of students within the professional master. Method: This is a theoretical reflection on the pedagogical training of the professional master in the contemporary world. One wonders about the knowledge related to this training from a reflective perspective of the profession. Results: We highlight the knowledge present in the training, the elements of teacher training, professional master; development processes in teacher training and the importance of teaching content in the formation of the professional teacher. Conclusion: It is understood that the pedagogical training of students of Masters Professionals requires contextualization of professional acts, understanding the uniqueness of situations from different perspectives of knowledge and aims to educate these masters as critical intellectuals able to ratify the discourse and practice of freedom and democracy.

Objective: To build a therapeutic project with emphasis on nursing care, mental health perspective. Was prepared during the patient's stay in a psychiatric hospital in the city of Niterói, state of Rio de Janeiro (RJ). Method: Through a job done collectively between nurses and nursing students, led a reflection on the care that it needs to be achieved by the nursing staff in the psychiatric reform, described the experience report. So, we made a discussion group for the preparation of the plan of care for the patient, considering the peculiarities of the case study in question. Results: addressed the identification, summary, history, pathology and treatment plan for nursing care. Conclusion: it is necessary for practitioners and nursing students gather around the subject with mental distress, and allow yourself to learn to take care of it according to its history.

Objective: this study aimed to revealing the specificities of drug users' access to Psychosocial Assistance through Primary Care health services. Method: the semi-structured interview technique with health professionals working in this scenario was used, and data analysis was performed through a critical and reflective perspective. Results: the focus of access of drug users has been guided, above all, in the logic of the host. It could be listed stress points that are established in the different modes of Primary Care approach to the reception of drug users, considering the proposals of Ethic Care through Reduction of Harm. Conclusion: it believes that health professionals involved should search for evidences in the proposals of the Public Health System and the Psychiatric Reform so these health networks qualify the answers they have provided to these individuals.

Objectives: To understand the perception of nurses on the learning process of in-service training program and review the training program in service sector of Continuing Education. Method: A quantitative and qualitative descriptive study and Field, through a semi-structured interviews analyzed using Bardin content analysis's. Results: Three categories emerged: Discontinuity of the training process, Time as a determinant of the teaching-learning process and working as a decisive factor in the organization of inservice training. Conclusion: It must suit the needs of service in terms of presentation of training, taking into account the reality of the labor process, seeking to align the effectiveness of professional development training, minimizing differences between trained professionals and its resistance to actions of Continuing Education meetings.

Objective: describing the profile of students of Professional Mastership in Health Teaching (MPES). Method: this is a descriptive-exploratory study of a qualitative approach, conducted in Aurora de Afonso Costa Nursing School-UFF, Niterói, in 2013, from registration chips of students who attend the MPES. Results: when analyzing the registration chips there was verified that students are not so young in age and neither in the profession, they are mostly female and nursing graduate. Conclusion: the professional mastership is approaching the theory with the practice of highly experienced professionals in the health services, contributing to its transformation.

Objective: identifying the requirements and the main measures adopted to promote the mental health of health workers. Method: an integrative review conducted in the period from the 1st to 25th August 2014, from the virtual health library in the databases LILACS, MEDLINE and SciELO. There were investigated articles from the last four years in Portuguese. Applying inclusion criteria, it came to a total of 07 articles. Results: the promotion of mental health at work becomes of paramount importance to achieve emotional balance of health professionals, as well as to understand the causes of eventual disruptions of this balance. Conclusions: it registers the need to put in practice actions that promote the mental health of these subjects.
