The problem of emigration to Ukraine of a significant number of Belarusian citizens due to the events of the Belarusian anti-Lukashenko revolution of dignity and freedom, which began in this country in August 2020 after the presidential election, is discussed in the article. It is noted that at the beginning of 2021 the number of those who fled to Ukraine, hiding from repression and persecution by the Belarusian authorities, was already more than 75 thousand people. In the future, the number of Belarusian refugees is projected to increase to 100-120 thousand people by 2021. It is unknown yet which of these people will join the Belarusian Diaspora in Ukraine, which before these events was the second largest Diaspora in Ukraine. And who considers Ukraine only as a territory of transit further to the East, or the West, for example, to Poland.
In connection with these events, the Ukrainian state and society faced a series of challenges, problems and threats, to which it will be necessary to find adequate answers. In particular, the authors of the article consider unjustified some warnings expressed by patriotic Ukrainian citizens about the possible growth of pro-Russian sentiment in Ukraine due to the arrival and settlement of Belarusian refugees here. It seems logical that people with pro-Russian sentiments would rather immigrate to Russia than come to Ukraine.
It is expected that a significant problem for the newly arrived Belarusians may be the understanding and establishment of dialogue and contacts with the "old" Belarusian Diaspora in Ukraine because of its commitment to Lukashenko and sympathy for Russia. It is concluded that Belarusian citizens, active participants in the Belarusian revolution, can become a useful enzyme for accelerating the reform processes in Ukraine and will contribute to further democratic and pro-European movement in this area.

The article examines the evolution of political relations between the state and business in Ukraine in the conditions of state corporatism. The purpose of the article was to determine the main political trends of government-business interaction, to reveal the processes of evolution of relations and to assess the prospects of their influence on the modern Ukrainian political process. The concepts of collective action and the model of universalism-particularism are proposed as a methodological basis for the analysis of relations between state, business and civil society. It is substantiated that the mechanisms of political interaction between the state and business are gradually being replaced by the mechanisms of political influence of the state on business. The results obtained emphasize the role that civil society organizations can play in the representation of politics. In the conclusions it was established that the forms and principles of state corporatism describe relations; when the government not only chooses: organizations and groups that should represent the interests of the enterprise in interaction with it, but also controls them to some extent.

The institutions of political professionalization are: political parties, political education system, political media, institute of representation of group interests, among others. Political education is a powerful tool for the democratization of society and, more specifically, for the professionalization of the political class and political activity in general. This article offers a contribution to the strengthening of the social relevance of political science. It considers the social significance of political science as a matter of (non-)academic professional training and civic education of its graduates. Civic (political) education is teaching people how to live under the conditions of the modern state, how to comply with its laws, but at the same time not to allow the authorities to violate their rights. By reviewing scientific literature the article aimed to identify contradictions in the socio-cultural approach in the training of a specialist, as this has not been systematically studied in the training of a specialist in political science. It is concluded that it is in the educational system where the training of specialists takes place, since the effective recruitment of the political elite is a prerequisite for an effective and strong political system.

The investigation is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of volunteering in modern Ukraine. Today all kinds, types and forms of volunteering, which are involved in the public space of both the warring country and the world complimentary to it, deserve close attention, support and study. This is, in particular, because it is the large-scale volunteer movement that is important along with the activities of the Armed Forces a component of the approaching Ukrainian Victory in the fight against Putin's totalitarian regime. The authors of the article pay special attention to the female component of volunteer activity, since the women of Ukraine have become the main volunteer force in helping the Armed Forces and victims of Russia's aggression against the Ukrainian nation and state. The volunteer movement has become the main formative factor of the developed civil society on the territory of modern Ukraine. Despite of the great interest in the study of volunteering in Ukraine and abroad, existing in the domestic socio-humanitarian discourse, a certain corpus of texts has already been created. It is worth admitting that scientists do not have time to analyze all the variety of manifestations of volunteer activity, its specific characteristics in various aspects, in particular, and what concerns gender component of the problem. The purpose of this investigation is to analyze the specifics of the phenomenon of female volunteerism during Ukraine's war with the Russian aggressor as an effective component of this struggle and the approach of Ukrainian Victory. The research is conducted with an emphasis on the socio-philosophical and philosophical-worldview basis. Such a phenomenon as "intellectual volunteering" deserves special attention of scientists, the analysis of which is planned to be devoted special attention in a future study.
