This research is intended to implement the lecturer's professional competence, especially in assessing the performance of Puskesmas from the aspect of current ratio, efficiency ratio, and ROA. The research approach chosen is quantitative with descriptive research. The data collection technique uses documentation, namely financial reports published by Puskesmas "X" in 2016 and 2017. The results of the study explain that as a government institution managed using the BLUD mechanism, Puskesmas always pays attention to the management process for accounts as stipulated in public sector accounting that becomes an important part of assessing financial performance. Based on the current ratio, the ratio of total current assets and total current liabilities increased from 2016 to 2017 so that the performance of the Puskesmas was good. In the aspect of efficiency ratio, the comparison of expenditure realization and revenue realization of Puskesmas shows that puskesmas are efficient, especially in 2017. Puskesmas are also Quite Effective or Good Enough in generating ROA, so that in general this puskesmas works well, efficiently, and quite well in 2017.

This article is developed from the Beijing Declaration and Platf orm for Action held in 1995. The fourth Woman World Summit results in 12 critical sectors that have to be the focus and be the strategic outlook for the governments, international communities and public societies including non-government organizations and private sectors to implement. the Declaration. One of the critical issues is the movement of women, especially the sixth section of the Declaration which concerned with women and technology. This section describes four strategic issues: one of them is to conduct a women~friendly technology campaign. The reality shows that women's involvement in technology (this article focuses on informational technology) is till limited. Even in the developed country, far example in the United States of America it still receives a gradual slowdown.

Many developing countries attained high growth rates in different periods but income differences did not reduce significantly in these periods due to increase in income inequalities. Therefore, the key objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between income differences, trade and institutions in developing countries. This study has used panel data of the year 2000 to 2014 to explore the relationship between these variables. This study is based on sampling of two groups; 25 middle income countries and 24 low income countries. Pooled OLS, panel fixed effect and Driscoll and Kraay techniques were used in this study. The results showed the negative relations of imports, a significant role of political institutions and insignificant role of economic institutions in income distribution with GDP per capita among low income and middle-income countries. Moreover, the current study suggested that governments in developing countries should focus upon improving the performance of political and economic institutions in order to improve their prospects of getting investment opportunities.

Specifically, this study aims to examine the effect of macroeconomic indicators namely government spending, inflation and trade balance on PDB. The observation period from 1981-2017 is based on International Monetary Fund (IMF) documentation. Data analysis using the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results of the study: (1) in the short term and long term government spending significantly influence PDB; (2) in the short-run and long-run inflation affects PDB in the opposite way; (3) in the short term PDB is not affected by the trade balance, whereas in the long run the trade balance variable also has no effect on PDB with a negative slope and (4) the results of simultaneous tests of government expenditure, inflation, and the trade balance affect PDB.
